Since I already written a review about Verizon, I'll do one on the. Net to keep from replacing the other review. This is about Verizon Pre-pay again but since it has Verizon name on it... Yesterday, I received a message saying that my auto payment did not go through. The same as before but this time I was able to receive the message because I was at home. In a matter of minutes, I added more than what was needed on my account. I get up this morning, luckily before almost anyone is up or any business is open and find out that the freaking company disconnected my service. I will send screen shots to prove it all. I'm sick of this inconvenience and is seeking some type of class action lawsuit against this company and its unethical practices. I miss A++ only if they had service in my area.
Verizon has extremely bad products ever. Their phones ALWAYS lag longer than 5 minutes and the Wi-Fi from Verizon will keep going off, especially on important stuff. Do NOT do Verizon.
Junk phones we bought one z3 in Oct 22' Nov. Screen went out. Was told z4 fix problem now March 23 we've had four of each screen go out and they say we met our limit of junk phone replacements. We still owe $900 on the two phones and only one can be used. Don't buy these junk phones

My name is Georgina Eleuteri nick name Gina. When applying for an upgrade to the new Samsung 10 I was supposed to get 500-700 off it would actually be 500 because I didn't know changing one phone would give me a better discount which I would have on one of my phones. I was charged 50.00 month for an old tablet I don't even use. What that had to do with it I don't understand. They promised to give me back 400$ phone returns. As I got my bill on the phone they said it would come to 236.00 for both phones. That's what I paid on my last upgrade that took me two years to pay off. When I got my bill to my surprise it was 480.00 for 2 phones. That is a car payment I never would have expected this as final answer. When I called 3 days in row I was pushed from person to person and that includes being hung up on when I asked to speak to a supervisor. My old phones were trashed from all the software updates they did trying to turn a Samsung 7 to a Samsung 8. I'm distraught I don't know how I will be able to pay 480 month when a deposit was put down for about 250.00. When I spoke to every person they denied there being a buy one get one free or buy one get half off which I waited for to get a better price. Now my old phones have been returned there isnt a thing I can do. They straight up lied to me and I will show you themy contract. Sincerely. Gina Eleuteri
Thy will not honor the trade in because I changed the billing. So sad I had to change it because of restraining order.
I purchaes a copper pan. My first experience was a disaster. Two eggs did stick and I had a very hard time cleaning the pan. I called the company about this. They told me the pan was too hot, I had to use a very low flame. Well I tried to do that and ws not happy with the results because it took to long to cook the eggs. This produt is just a typical pan with lot of hype.

As a small business owner, I fell victim to the misleading promises of dishonest salesmen who convinced me to switch my phone and internet services to Verizon with assurances of highly affordable rates. However, shortly after the transition, I realized that my bills were consistently double or even triple the amount initially promised. Despite my efforts to address the issue by contacting their customer service, each interaction yielded temporary adjustments to my bill but failed to resolve the underlying problem. Amidst the demands of running my business, I couldn't afford the time to engage in monthly calls to rectify the situation, resulting in hundreds of dollars in overcharges accumulating over time.
Eventually, frustrated and financially strained, I made the decision to terminate my services with Verizon and migrate to another provider. To my dismay, Verizon slapped me with additional charges, claiming I couldn't return the modem provided and couldn't repurpose it either. This ordeal not only drained my finances but also inflicted substantial losses on my business within the span of less than a year.
My experience serves as a cautionary tale to fellow entrepreneurs: never take Verizon's promises at face value.
