Verterplex.tech after scamming me to pay seven transfer fees for the recovered funds which they did not even return to me. They said their recovery services are guaranteed or full refund of everything I paid. Since they kept asking me to pay pay and pay with a different reason each time, at the end I requested them to cancel the deal and refund everything I paid but they ignored me. They responded after one month and said my transfer was blocked by Blockchain because I need to pay federal tax 25%. I contacted Blockchain and asked them to verify the taxes, Blockchain high level contacted me and said there would not block any funds because of unpaid taxes. They said they would not collect any tax and Verterplex lied to me about tax nor they had special arrangement with Verterplex. I further checked with CRA (Canada Revenue Agency) and they confirmed they would not ask 3rd party to collect taxes. Verterplex lied to me not one time, not two times but many times now. Now they tried to scam me to pay taxes, they are just cold blooded and unprofessional.

Lost funds from crypto scam and even put in writing guaranteed result or full refund. At the end, after paying the first one time fee $699, they told me the funds recovered successfully and asked me to pay additional $423 transfer fee which I paid. Then they told me the transfer failed again and asked me to give them a different crypto currency wallet to try and asked me to give them another $465 transfer fee again which I did. They told me it failed again and blamed that on my crypto platform not accepting recovered funds. I contacted my crypto platform they said no such thing between regular deposit vs recovered funds. Then they asked me to open a decentralized Trust Wallet if I want to save transfer fees except because of my new Trust Wallet account, I have to pay another $670 activation fee which I refused. I did not pay the activation fee and demanded full refund of the initial one time fee plus the subsequent two transfer fees, they didn't reply me for two weeks now. What Verteplex did was not ethical and professional. They did not honour what they promised the customer of full refund. Meanwhile they kept looking for excuses to ask me to pay one fee after another, plus all these extra fees were not listed and quoted in their original agreement. No doubt I was scammed by these morons again, not to mention I was referred by someone on sitejabber (Lana M) who had used their services and claimed they were honest which in fact turned out negative. I'm a senior and all my hard earning retirement money all gone like water under the bridge by these scammers. All my recovered funds from previous scam plus the costs I paid to Verterplex are not going to be recovered which is sad :(
