Placed an order on Dec 20th. Still says "being printed". Got an email asking if I received my items. I've sent multiple emails to customer service asking - where my order is, when is it shipping, to just cancel, no one has responded for over 2 weeks. Had to dispute the charge as I have no sweat shirts and no responses. Know my order number by heart from all the emails I sent.

The vintage Eagles sweatshirt is wonderful! Great quality. Even though it was ordered within the time frame for it to arrive by Christmas as a gift for my son, it did not come until the week after. I ended up giving it to him for his birthday, which falls closer to New Years. Once shipped, though, it came quickly. I would definitely order again from here, but if ordering over the holidays, make sure you order way ahead.

Please with purchase. Would purchase again from this company. Like the vintage Ole Miss design - perfect graduation gift.

Site says filled in 3-5 business days. Took over three weeks to receive. Product was fine once received.
Just allow plenty of time. In fairness, it was the holiday season.

I always fear T-shirts are going to come in three sizes too small but this one was exactly the right size, in fact, I ordered two big but that's OK. I'm keeping it. I am a large to extra-large and I ordered two XL. I should've just ordered XL very pleased with the quality of the V-neck and the stretchability, it is a high-quality shirt not just some paper thin item from China order your correct size because it's going to fit exactly as it should

My order arrived early, which was awesome considering I stumbled upon the website so close to Christmas! The items were packaged in plastic bags, then wrapped in either paper or a second plastic bag (I placed 2 orders and hour apart from each other). Since one of these items was a gift for my wife, and she was aware of the second order, I appreciate that my items were not combined in a single shipment. Well worth the extra shipping charge. Everything looked amazing and fit properly. Well done!

The Vintage brand offers products I cant find anywhere else...I went old school to purchase Cincinnati Royals and San Diego Clippers hats. The turn time from purchase and delivery was really short. Just a great simple experience.

My son is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and I was looking to find him something unique representing the school. In going through the Vintage website I found a 1970s era sweatshirt that was incredible. The detail was terrific. It was so nice that I bought one for myself. There is a wide variety of colleges represented and the clothing is very cool(and reasonably priced).Great gifts to buy for your favorite college grads. Would buy from again.

I've liked everything I have ordered through here. One can purchase items here where you don't see other places.

Site doesn't work great on mobile. Has a lot of nice designs that cannot be found anywhere else. So far quality of item is good. Customer service was prompt to respond after contacting them.

The shopping experience was great; however, I'm extremely dissatisfied with the shipping. I was guaranteed my order by December 23rd and it only got shipped after I reached out twice about it being alimony 2 weeks from my order date without it bring shipped. It was a present for my brother and I had nothing to give him in Christmas and I received no apology or coupon code or anything to make up for this. I understand people being overwhelmed during the holidays but don't promise if it can't be fulfilled.

I had such a good shopping experience with this company! I was a little nervous it just being a random website I found when searching for college t-shirts, but am so happy with what I received! T-shirt is good quality, the print is nicely sized and clear, and it also came wrapped in such cute paper rather than just thrown in a bag! Definitely 10/10!

Tried ordering on my phone and tablet and neither would work.
II had to order from a desk top to get the order to go through.
The shirts came as orders and in the time frame expected.
I liked that fact that I had received an email making sure that they had been delivered.
I will certainly buy from here again.

I ordered multiple items (shirts and socks) for a birthday gift and the party got moved up. I reached out to see if there would be any way to pay for expedited shipping and they let me know that they put the order in the mail that day and provided a tracking number. It arrived just in time for the party and was loved! I cannot say enough good about this company!

The letters were missing some of the ink - it did take a little long for order to arrive

I stumbled on VintageBrand on a google search and browse often. There's so many choices of logos and color and T vs Hoody, etc. that its hard to actually narrow it down and place an order. That's not criticism - its just hard to narrow down what you want when you have almost unlimited options. Great store.

Bought an Eagles sweatshirt as a gift.
Package shipped perfectly and properly and much earlier than expected.
Gift hasn't been opened yet so I have no comment on the quality of the goods. I expect it to be perfect as well. Thank you.

No problems so far! The hoodie was given as a gift. He really likes the it. It's warm and soft!

Clothing looks well made, material and construction. Logo appears to be iron-on; smooth edge where it meets the cloth, but stiff and glossy feel. Was intended as a gift, likely part of my own wardrobe now (or donated for someone else to choose). I'm somewhat disappointed.

Inquired about shipping eight days after ordering, took seven days to respond.

I love the vintage apparel and the choices. The website is a little clunky but it worked.
I received my 4 shirts and was very happy with everything. I washed the shirts and two of the shirts logos were ruined. Disappointed, i contacted Vintage customer service and they responded very quickly with a solutions that worked for me. I am very happy with my experience and look forward to my next order.

I was very excited about this gift for my Dad. There was a lack of clear communication on the length of time it would take the product to ship. If you are experiencing delays, update the notice in your confirmation email. Then your customer service wouldn't be so overloaded.
My Dad was very happy with his gift and once it shipped the process completed smoothly.

The information was fine was received. Again set proper expectations. Don’t set the expectation of 24 hour response time and it takes 3 days.
