Their forums are full of hateful and racist comments. They allow people to bully children and theres at least one FBI investigation going on because of adults telling children to kill themselves on their forums. No moderation at all. They should be shut down

In summary, do NOT waste your money on these gurus who claim to know the secrets. Just learn it yourself and invest the fee you will pay them in the ad spend itself.

We reached out to Voy Media to help us with our ads. They did not guarantee a result but they told us they expect 2-3 ROI. They started with 1700$ a month for a spend of $3000 a month. The ads had many mistakes that we told them to fix. They had very basic understanding of our business despite asking us to fill 4 pages of questions. The ads to no surprise performed horribly and we lost most of the ad money in addition to their hefty fee. Because we did not want to continue the drain of the money, we wanted to leave. Initially they told us they agree to a guarantee of result (we get our money back if the ads don't perform over the cost of the ad and their fee). However, after they discussed with the team, they DISCOVERED that our company will not perform well with the ads and they discounted the price to $700 (when we first reached out to them the price was 3000). However, we were smart enough to leave. If VOY Media did not believe that our company will succeed in ads, why did they tell us they can do 2-3x ROI?! But when it came to them risking the money, they did their homework and realized they don't wanna take the risk! So messed up! After we left them, we started learning ads ourselves and did not use a single thing they did and now we get around 7-8x on return.

Thankfully I was able to get all my money back from them. But I was not able to get the money back from the amount spent on terribly converting Facebook ads, I was also not able to get back the time wasted where I could have just done some self education myself to do a better job.
