I recently bought a canvas print for my daughter's birthday. We recently visited Rome and I looked everywhere online to buy something for her as a memento. This was absolutely perfect and she is thrilled with it. Brilliant quality and service. The canvas arrived in time, in the UK, for her birthday and well packed. Thank you xx I would highly recommend for their quality and service.

I was an IDIOT when I spent over $200 to buy artwork from this unknown company that gets their work done in Hong Kong. I havent received anything yet and it's been almost 2 months. I was talking to a woman as I was waiting on line at Walgreens and coincidentally she had been scammed by the same company! She said her painting was of the cheapest quality imaginable and did not look anything like the picture AT ALL! She said there were smudges on the picture and she could not hang it up it was so poorly crafted. If you buy anything from this company without checking these reviews consider yourself an idiot just like us.

It took more than the time they said it would. They only shipped 2 out of 8 canvas we ordered. After 4 emails we got 1 more... and the remaining canvas came in as rolled print... not a canvas - even tho our receipt says we paid for a canvas. They dont have a working phone number, just an email... they take DAYS to reply.
I dont get how a rolled pixel-ted print is more expensive than the ones they sent mounted on the wood - even though its the same size. They scammed us. were filing a dispute with our credit card and with the bbb.

VVV Art is a SCAM. DO NOT buy from VVV Art. We waited over 6 weeks to receive our "art." The quality is appalling: completely faded & very different than the pictures portrayed on the website. We emailed the company & tried to get a refund and got these options (copied directly from the email from VVV Art):

A- Refund 60% ( customer pay 40% processing fee plus handling),

B- Exchange ( you can keep your current artwork and choose a new print for similar price range and only pay 75%)

The email was time stamped 2am PST.

I'm convinced VVV Art is a fraudulent company and pays people to write FAKE reviews. I'll be reporting this company to the BBB and the authorities and filing a dispute with my credit card company.

Website says "art comes ready to hang", not so. It arrived rolled up loose with no packing tube or center support all the way from some island off of Hong Kong. I called and emailed VVVart and didn't get a response back from their customer service. I went to my local frame shop and it will cost me an additional $220.00 to have it stretched and mounted. Very disappointed with my purchase.

The photos of the artwork look stunning on the website but the real canvas artwork is duller, less vibrant, and less realistic than the photos they post. The size and material is fine but the print is not photo-realistic and disappointing in comparison.

Stay clear! You place your order and then they send it to China and the product comes 2 months later from china. I placed an order and it came damaged. After many emails,(only way they respond) they said the do not do refunds regardless of damage. They informed me that they would send me another print, but I would have to pay shipping from china! Basically half the cost. How is it possible that a company can send a damaged product and then charge to replace it... STAY CLEAR

Delivery took forever which was OK once I found out it was coming from Hong Kong... what, that was not on their website. Then It shows up rolled up in bubble wrap, no tube or any other protector so it shows up bent and crinkled. I did not read that I would have to get my canvas stretched and framed on my own, I thought it would come framed and ready to hang. I am still waiting to hear back from the company as I have called and left a message, emailed and have direct messaged them via their website. For the amount of money I paid for this canvas, I am very disappointed in this company and hope they will respond and make it right. I will follow up with this review once I hear back and hopefully they will redeem themselves.

I placed an order over five weeks ago and still have not received it. I contacted Vvvart via email and they said it would ship out by the end of the week. I finally received a fed ex tracking number and for a week it reads that a shipping label has been created only.
If I knew I would be waiting over six weeks for my order I would have gone some where else. I will try and cancel my order if it is not shipped by the end of this week.
I will update my review at the end of this order.

The particular piece of art that I chose did not work out. Great customer service, no problem with the return. Will be ordering from them in the future.

5 weeks to ship and poor quality paintings. Paintings colors are dull and grainy compared to the online representation. I feel scammed

Please do not waste your money on this company. 100% fraudulence. They do not ship it ready to hang. They send it rolled up like a poster with a plastic covering. Tht is it. Comes with dents and dings on the canvas. Absolute garbage. They blame it on the postal service and the best you will get back is your shipp By fee. Money down the drain. Dam communists

VVVArt says in their FAQ: "Is the art Ready to hang? Answer / Yes Our art is wrapped around stretched on Canvas ready to hang, easy as 1/2/3." and then again in About Us: "Our art is stretched on canvas ready to hang, simply take it out of the box and hang." however if it is too large of a print, like one you wouldn't be able to fit in your car and take home, it comes rolled up in a tube and you are required to take it to your local framer, at your cost, and have it stretched and then somehow get it home... They asked if I read the small print... unfortunately all I read was all the other areas on their site that reference..."Our art is stretched and ready to hang". Also, full refunds are not provided when you are not satisfied with the product. Refund option: Refund 75% ( customer pays 25% which includes Shipping and handling) you need to send the artwork to our NY address. ( sending shipping labels is not part of our return/refund policy)

I also agree with another reviewer that says the quality of the print isn't what you see online. It is not a clear and bright print, it is somewhat grainy.

The other purchase I made has one poorly stretched section, very obvious when you walk into the room and look at the art, and then the last segment has an uneven frame which you can visually see (top right corner). I don't believe this to be shipping damage, this looks like poor manufacturing to me as there wasn't any damage to the actual print. I've provided pictures for reference.

You my think you're getting a good piece of art work for your money, but in my opinion use that money to invest in better quality work from somewhere else.

When I placed my order, I was not i formed of the 5 week process it would take to receive my painting until after my credit card had been processed. I wrote an email and was told that it's 3-5 weeks for the completion and delivery of the painting. It's now over 5 weeks and I still have not received an email or call in regards to the progress or whether the painting have been shipped or not. 2 calls to them and there is never an answer, I must leave a message and still no reply but email instead. I wouldn't order again. Waiting to see how this painting looks for a over 5 week wait. I'll update my review later

My fiance had purchased the huge canvas landscape, the way it came out is really nice! It helped improve our home decoration, thank you! :)
