We started a VX Logos contest, and the results were great! Our project manager did almost all the work for us, we merely had to supply him with information of our business. We were shown 25 logo concepts for just $75, which is surprising, as 5 concepts were advertised on the website - they really overdeliver! Five of the 20 designs were magnificent, any of which would have worked for us. Deciding which design was the hardest part! I highly recomend VX Logos over 99 Designs, as I was scammed by 99Designs before.
I went on their website and emailed them asking for questions. Here is the answer I got:

No real services are offered.
