Order cancelled without communication. No apologies, but was told they had cancelled lots of orders without notifying their customers during that time period. They said I had to reorder, but their website was broken and they couldn't take orders by phone. Definitely not customer focused. I will not return.

Tip for consumers:
Their website looks very professional and they are affiliated with $#*!ies. This would lend you to trust their process, but customer service was very poor.

Products used:
Although I tried repeatedly, due to the poor customer service and deficient website, I was unable to receive my original order and unable to reorder in an efficient manner.
