I brought my jeep in over the summer for a very easy tech recall issue, and was told it would not take more than 24 hours…… I did not get my jeep back for 3 weeks. Not because more issues came up, but because they were so incredibly disorganized. I decided this past week, when my engine light came on, to give them one more try. When I called to make an appointment, the next available time they had was APRIL! April. It is currently January. I asked "am I supposed to just drive it around and hope it doesn't explode? For 3 months?" To which they replied yes. Hahah do not even try! I went ahead and booked the appointment just in case this was an issue everywhere, but then I called Bobby and Steve's in Eden prairie, and they looked at it same day (and returned it to me in better condition than I left it, with a free car wash. When I brought it to walser over the summer, they left used gloves rolled up in my back seat, and none of my mats were in place, rather they were scattered about my car). I then called walser back within 5 mins to cancel the appointment for April. Walser blames Covid for the back up in appointments, which I am totally empathetic of, but the fact that other car places are running smoothly, tells me it is not in fact a covid issue, but rather an organizational issue.
I'm not posting this to hate on Walser, but rather to hopefully save someone the head ache. Take your car elsewhere. Trust me.

Bought a dodge 200 brand new, it wobbles and shakes. I took it back to dealership the day after it was purchased and many times after that complaining of the problem. They kept saying (for 30,000 miles) there was mud on tires and gave a FREE carwash that did not fix anything at all and at other times they said could not feel any wobble or vibration, another tech said just live with it. When 10 other people who rode in it complained of the wobbling, and yet the tech could not keep his head from wobbling side to side when the car was shaking side to side. I brought in a EVA ( electronic vibration detector) and showed their tech on a test drive that there was a major wobble/ vibration in the tire system i. E. tire, drive shaft or transmission. When it was shown to him he said they would fix it We later got a call telling me that they would not be fixing it. Spent $30,000 on a new car that is very uncomfortable to drive or ride in. I see other people are having the same problems with no help from dodge or their dealerships. Found in the dodge repair manual (Do not attempt to fix wobble/ vibration complaints the customer will be convinced there is something wrong). No more Dodge for me.
