On 3rd November we booked 5 Night holiday at Warwick Fiji, through Travelonline, and On Arrival, we were allocated a Garden view Rm while we booked and paid for an Ocean View room. When we complained to the resort and after 2 days we were moved into an Ocean view room. When we were on a Day Tour the Resort Manager illegally broke into our room and removed some of our belongings and moved elsewhere and the same Manager then allocated our room to some other guest.
Late that evening when we returned we found the key cards were not working and later that night we went to pay for meals and drinks and Only then we found that our Room 232 was canceled and belongings moved elsewhere.
The night manager Samesa at 10 pm was running around looking for where our belongings were moved. The staff at the reception did not care and had no idea where our bags and valuables had been moved to. Finally, when we located our belongings, we found that our clothes, valuables, my wife's jewelry, watches, diamond ring sports shoes, computer and other valued items were missing.
Samesa the Night Manager at about 10-11 pm recovered my suit and my wife's clothes from the room, while the Newly arrived guest occupying our room were sleeping.
I traveled around the world and stayed in a 7-star to A 2/3-star hotel but I Have Never Ever Come Across a Resort stealing from their guests belongings and breaking into their room. This is a Nightmare that my family and I have endured at the hands of The Warwick Resorts Fiji. Never to holiday at Warwick Fiji.03-Nov-2022

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! ESPECIALLY IF YOU TRAVEL QUITE A BIT. The beds are made of bricks. The Pillows are hard and they do not have feather pillows upon request. READ THIS IF YOU ARE CLAUSTROPHOBIC! There are only 3 elevators in the hotel and they are TINY! Very narrow and very scary. Nothing about this hotel makes any sense. Totally inconvinient. If you want Historic and old, go to the Palmer House. If you want a better hotel... go anywhere else.

Resort Manager Warwick Fiji broke into our Room #232 and our
Valuables were missing.
