I was so weary after reading all the negative reviews. I thought for sure I got scammed. The ornament arrived after Christmas, three days after to be exact- But it is absolutely beautiful the picture in the ornament is crisp, clear and bright if you look towards the light source. The recipient will be so happy to receive this ornament with a picture of her late dad.

I ordered an ornament from Wear Felicity. The website had an estimated ship date of two weeks, but the confirmation email stated five weeks (after I purchased). I've emailed the company twice and received the same canned response both times. There's nothing on the site to get order updates on - they simply tell you that they'll email you when it ships. I need this for St. Nick - now I'm just hoping to get it in time for Xmas. Poor communication and customer experience. Would not recommend.

I ordered an ornament from Wear Felicity. The website had an estimated ship date of two weeks, but the confirmation email stated five weeks (after I purchased). I've emailed the company twice and received the same canned response both times. There's nothing on the site to get order updates on - they simply tell you that they'll email you when it ships. This company entices you to order, then informs you your order could take 25 days BEFORE shipping. It's then another week before you receive that order.I finally received my order after Christmas and upon opening, one of the bracelets was broken. Have tried to email them twice and get nothing but a generic response. My last email was not delivered because it now says their email strand is ful! Lowest star rating was a 1 but I want to give them a 0.

I placed and paid for one item. Got the confirmation email and learned then that it will take up to 25 BUSINESS DAYS to ship. I tried to cancel immediately but was told via email no cancellations or changes! Supposedly already turned over for processing. If that were the case why 5 weeks to ship? They claim to be in the Chicago area and not China! Not so sure of that. Never again will I do business with them. I wish I had done a review check before. BBB has scam reports and reviews with this ' company'.

Late arrival. Damaged item (scratch or something over one of the faces in the photo). Customer service unwilling to make it right despite me submitting photo and video evidence of the damage. I would never buy from this company again after my poor experience.

Took over 2 months for shipping. It was cheap quality. I had ordered a different bracelet for half the cost of this one that showed up a week before this one because I thought it wasn't going to arrive before Christmas. The 2nd bracelet I ordered from Amazon was higher quality.

My mother wore the wear felicity bracelet for 1 hour on her wrist before it fell apart. Contacted support 22 days ago and they are refusing to answer any emails. Do not order from here.

Ordered a custom photo bracelet on 11/20. When I ordered from the website it said up to 25 days to ship, ok no problem. I knew from the start it may not be here for Christmas.but here we are now 37 days later and my item still has not shipped. They claim that it will be shipping 1-5 days from tomorrow. Customer service is absolutely terrible, you're not able to cancel your order. Do not recommend.

I ordered an item in the beginning of December to hopefully recieve by Christmas. So I wrote them and they said it'll take up to 25 days. Yesterday the 9th of January I recieved it and when I tell you what a disappointment. It was defected. My sis in law lost her grandma so I figure I'd buy a keychain heart with her grandma's face. Well her grandma's gave was so zoomed in amd you could see scratch marks all around her zoomed in face. Poorly made. A long over a month wait for nothing.

They prompt you to order but are not transparent on true delivery times before you order. They send you an email after you order and do not let you refund that order will take 3 weeks. To top it off they further delay the order and no update. It's going on 5 weeks waiting on an order. Nice concept but undeliverable process. If you do not have the staff to supply demand. Limit the release of the quantities you can sell. Instead of creating unhappy customer, because capturing the sale is more important than providing good or any service. This site is a scam of empty promises.

I ordered four bracelets for my sisters and I. Ordered them in November and received them I December, these had a picture of my mother sitting on the beach. I wore mine three time and the stone fell out. Who knows when it happened - sent the company a email explaining what happened. Tyler told me in was past the return date and he sorry. Tyler did not even take my word of course I was telling stories. So my thoughts I would not get anything made by them and Tyler I hope you don't get to scared when my mother comes to see you!

Ordered from this company two months ago and still have not received my product. I have reached out to the company multiple times as this was to be a Christmas gift that did not arrive. They will not communicate or response to my complaint. No refund no product. Buyer beware.

Took well over the time promised to receive and it arrived BROKEN. I'm getting the run around from them wanting to send a replacement instead of a refund. They are saying they can't send a necklace instead of a bracelet (same price but you can replace the necklace when it breaks) because even though orders take over 25 days to process, 15 minutes after ordering me a replacement it's processing and can't be changed. A refund won't be issued now because I gave them my address when they asked to issue a replacement. Their correspondence via email was rude and they ignored my responses until I started a new email thread. They are the lowest of the low scamming people that have lost loved ones. They deserve charges for fraud!

I would give a zero rating if possible. Tomorrow is Christmas Eve and the order I placed on November 6th has still not arrived. So I wasted money on a gift that was never delivered. I can honestly say that Wear Felicity is the worst company - next to Verizon - that I have ever dealt with. They should change the name of the company to Beware Felicity. Shame on them for such poor business practices and abysmal customer service.

It is clear this company is more focused on marketing and securing orders than actually fulfilling orders. They didn't inform me until after my purchase that my christmas order i purchased on 12/9 wouldn't be filled for 25 days. It is now 1/16 and it still hasn't even shipped yet (despite an automated email from 12/30 that the item was finished and would ship out in the next 1-5 business days. Contacting customer service is impossible. Based on this, I can only assume that the quality of the product will be similar.

Order on Nov 26th. Was told 20 days to process. Emailed and was told pretty much don't email again. They will email me once shipped.I purchased a Christmas ordinment for my girlfriend who lost her mother. Ridiculous now after reading reviews sounds like the quality will be awful. It's now been 25 days and no communication xmas is in 7 days...

I ordered two bracelets the first week of December hoping I would receive them in time for Christmas. Well here we are in January and still have not received them. Tried to contact them and no response. DO NOT BUY HERE! Zero stars! They won't let you post unless you give them a star!

You do not receive an estimated time of production until AFTER you place an order. I was told I had to wait five weeks for the order to be completed. I will not receive my ornament before Christmas and would not have ordered it had I known this. When I contacted customer service, I had to wait five days for a response. That is until I requested a refund. I was then answered immediately with a link to their policies page stating they did not honor cancellations/refunds on custom orders. Overall, very disappointing experience.

I placed an order on December 9 for 3 separate ornaments and none have shipped yet and it's now January 16. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. I am about to go Liam Neeson on whoever emailed me saying it would take 25 business days before shipping. HOW DO WE FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THESE CREATURES?

If you are ordering something for a gift, plan "way" ahead. I ordered on December 5 with priority shipping and not until after my order was placed did I receive information that it's taking 20 to 25 "business days" for product to ship. This information should've been stated before being able to finalize my order.
Glad I paid the extra money for priority shipping (total sarcasm).

Don't order from this company! I ordered 2 bracelets since Dec 5th. It's now February and I still have not recieved it. They sent me a tracking number and according to UPS it's invalid!

Scam. They said on Nov 22 it would ship before Christmas still isn't here. Had to open dispute with bank to get money back. Customer service is BADDD

I sent a picture and they don't tell you whether it's too big, too small, too dark to light they just printed it looked terrible. I wanted to change it and they will not stand behind their products. Avoid this company at all costs

Please don't make the same mistake I did, this is a scam in every sense of the word. I ordered it for Xmas, it's January 18th- tried to cancel and they refused- still haven't received anything. Looked at other reviews too late. Don't make the same mistake...

I ordered two ornaments December 5th. The items arrived SEVEN WEEKS later and I'm very disappointed in the quality. There appear to be metal pieces inside which interfere with the picture. I emailed the company and have not heard back. Overpriced - don't waste your money!

This is my second time having to contact customer service and they disappointed yet again. First time, wrong item shipped and they refused to fix their error. Now, that necklace charm started peeling after only a few months of wearing it. The "silver" just flakes off the metal and looks terrible. They claim it is out of warranty and can only offer 25% off. STAY FAR AWAY

Order made December 8, money taken out of my account December 11, today January 8 have not received the item originally ordered.
