No monthly hosting. I didn't belive him but was willing to give them a shot. Love my site and it works! I must admit, I wonder if he'll come back and say, "Now you have to pay!" haha. It's such a great website!

This guy goes above and beyond explaining things. I appreciate someone who explains things in detail. There are so many shady characters. It's good to see someone who shoots straight.

The owner, Wayne Bienek is a really great guy! He spent 2 hours with me on phone! We ended up going with another company who already had all the communities in South Florida built out. If things go badly, I will certainly go with him!

I recommend him for anyone looking to have a custom web design built as he has more back office tools than any company we researched.

Wayne Bienek, the owner, or lead developer of WebContentSolutions.com contacted me in January of 2022 and talked me into developing a website for me. He said that he specializes in websites for realtors and sent me few samples of what he did for other realtors. The sample websites looked great, and we agreed on the price of $650 which I paid. After completion of the website, it worked fine for a while with exception that I was getting leads with invalid numbers and emails. It was going OK for a month or so, then I started getting phone calls from unknown realtor, who was screaming, and yelling at me saying that she was getting thousands of emails from me that she could not delete and it "stack to her phone" and if don't stop it she will put me in jail. I did not have any idea who she was and, of course did not know her email, so I contacted Wayne, gave him that realtor number and he said he will fix it. After some troubleshooting Wayne gave me some explanation of what happened, these emails were generated by my new website, but her mail server caused the problem because it was holding emails. It did not help me, I was still getting calls from her, she literally harassed me. She also said that another realtor was getting the same emails from me, and they are going to report me to my realtor organization if I don't stop sending them emails. I could not take it anymore and asked Wayne to disconnect my website from internet and get my money back. He said that It was a problem for his company to reimburse me as they do not reimburse after 30 days but he promised that if I don't write bad review, he will get my money back on April the 5th. Today is May 11th and he does not even respond to my messages anymore. Wayne did disconnect my website and even did not bother to restore my previous connections to my old website, so when my clients click on the link on my business card, they get nowhere, and he left me with this mess at GoDaddy.com with no response and no calls. Now, you decide if you will trust this person and this company with your website needs. So, with all this said does it justified me writing a bad review, doesn't?

I used them once and their services were up to my expectations. The best thing they have is their customer support and their friendly behavior.
