Complete scam! Avoid like a plague.

Complaint: I signed up with WebMoneyTraining.com on August 25,2009. I purchased on October 5,2009, an NB Online Marketing program as suggested by the training program for $97.95, Instant Customers for $49.95 and PayPal Account for $14.95. These were all charged to my credit card through the PayPal account. After seeing that this site required quite a bit of money to launch off, and a portion of the training downloads did not work, I decided to email the company on October 10th to cancel my account. Per their agreement, "We give you an 8 week anytime, no questions asked money back guarantee – so be sure to upgrade at our discounted rate today as you might regret paying the full price later." However, I was emailed 2 times and called once by their represenatives trying to convience me to stay with the program. I still declined and I was instructed per email that I had to file a formal complaint/resolution. I received the following email from them... "Hello_______, Our investigation into your claim is complete. As stated in our UserAgreement, the claims process only applies to the shipment of goods. Itdoes not apply to complaints about the attributes or quality of goodsreceived. Therefore, we are unable to reverse this transaction or issue a refund." First of all, we should have never had to file a formal complaint per their own agreement. Secondly, the company did not set up their resolution system properly. They give you boxes to choose from. But no box selection that offers us to choose "Refund" or anything of the sort. So a person such as myself would not beable to file a proper resolution because the opportunity is simply not given. I would be more than happy to send the program they sent me with my login info, the emails, and the phone bill that places them calling our home trying to get us to stay with the program. We will submit anything you need to resolve this situation in a timely manner. Thank you for your courtesies.
