From a vendor perspective, run from this company! They told us just to trial their service, Got 2 unqualified leads in 3 months, tried to cancel, they insisted to try one more month, no change. Multiple emails to them to stop trying to bill us since they were not providing the service they promised. Now we get collections notices and our rep. Had her phone disconnected. These guys are 100% crooks.
I am a Venue owner. I signed up for the service but realized next day that the directory of Wedding-Spot.com is of a very poor quality. I asked for a refund right away. It's been 2 months, they do not respond to my emails and don't issue a refund. On top of that they keep billing me every month. They have not provided me with listing but keep charging. Extremely deceptive company. I will have to cancel my credit card just to stop the billing.
Tip for consumers:
Do not give them your credit card. They are very unprofessional and deceptive. Their directory is of a poor quality and will not bring you any traffic.

Wedding-Spot.com is an online Wedding Venue Directory for advertisement. Venues pay a very high monthly fee, and are supposed to get potential customer traffic to their website in return.
Our wedding venue tried Wedding Spot to advertise and quickly realized their website was not pricing our venue properly and the leads were not good ones at all. They continued to bill us for 1.5 years after I cancelled over the phone and now they are demanding we pay $6,658 that includes late fees. I have never spoken to anyone on the phone that was based in the US and/or had good English speaking skills.
