My family and I took a well deserved weeks vacation at villas at Westin palm desert,, of coarse service is generally pretty good,, but most our vacation we spent our time at pool area 110-116 degrees most of the time,, but we had the most awesome hostess/ server at the paradise pool (Deserae G) she was very kind, had a terrific personality, constantly smiling and was engaging even as she was hustling to handle many other customers or owners at poolside besides my family and friends. The Westin palm desert is always my families favorite vacation spot to unwind as summer ends just before the big push towards Christmas, but this time we had the pleasure of Deserae's service to make our time there much more enjoyable.
