I don't know where to start... we called the airline to canceled our fight due to the coronavirus... unfortunately they told us our tickets where already canceled... but we didn't get no e-mail or no call for this transaction... but they did take my husband money out... on feb. 25 when we purchase our tickets. We have left Several Messages on there so -called 24/7 hotline which is *******555... no answer... we called on March 13 2020... we need answers... we need help on reporting this issue... if anyone can help we appreciate it... we just want our refund back... and tell others not to use these company... my husband been getting e-mail on discount on fights with this company... and this is our first time. We thou it was a good company... no good..

I have found this website recently and it seemns it has a very special news - the basics are the same as for hundreds of websites - basically you can search flights and get prices to compare (such as hipmunk, momondo, skyscanner, kayak etc.) but it seems it also have flights from budget/low cost airlines and also it can combine airlines so that it offers cheap flights with different airlines for inbound and outbound flights (this is really handy especially when you really wnat to save). I really love this - the rest of the web is ok..

Bravofly is probably the worst company i have ever dealt with, they have taken my money twice now for their own mistakes. I had originally booked my flights for the 31st of January to Albuqueque and return to Nairobi on the 1st of April Booking ID: *******593.
I then changed the flight to the 10th of june and the quotation stated 588 euro for 2 passangers Booking ID: *******309, i later changed that to 29th of August the quotation stated GBP 326 for both passengers however i had asked for the 29th of july but they booked the 29th of august and charged me, i changed the flight again a few days ago and the quotation was for 359 euro, i accepted the quote and they told me there was a mistake and that it is now 914 euro and that i have to pay for the agents error
I have lost a lot of time and money with bravoflys inadequacy
I have ended up paying for a wrong date that was bravo flys fault and now i have been double charged again because of their error
