This is organized scamming! I paid funny beautiful straight human hair featured on their website. I wanted won't be which is light black. What I got was this poorly constructed wig with clumps of hair falling out all over my rug.
The hair quality was horrible, negligible density. I contacted the seller the next day and ask for their address because I wanted to return it. They told me on AliExpress to give them a chance to settle the matter and not go to dispute. I obliged.
The next day, I got this form letter, with a host of reasons why the hair is great, the red streaks was normal because it's natural hair, made by hand.
Fine maybe that's true, but they never could explain to me, if that is true, why none of wigs worn by the models in those photographs DON'T have red streaks. The hair on their websites are gorgeous. They sold me a different wig that looks like dog hair.
They were brazen enough to admit that it's not exactly what I ordered 1B it's actually light brown one b is not light brown won't be it's not black so they're already said it's not the right order but just warn me not to return it I just deal with it just making look nicer but we're keeping the money I heard anything like that before they're not even trying to pretend like they want to help me!
They suggested that I bleach, style, wash it but absolutely not to return it because it would be too expensive and it would be bad for me!.
Consider seriously not buying from them. Beware of all the glowing reviews, that you're seeing online--they are PAID advertising.
It looks like they've been doing it for a long time by the way they keep sending those messages without budging in my favour, trying to intimidate me and convince me not to return a defective product but they get to keep the money. Scam alert!
UPDATE: I just got two more messages from this business as I was uploading photos on this review telling me they'll give me $5 back for something I paid $97 for and never even tried it on!
Not only that they're telling me to cancel the dispute and lie about the reason why I'm returning it so do you need any more convention that this is not the company to deal with?
Tip for consumers:
Buy a sample first then the company like this will send you the best samples the big and switch with the photograph and I'm sure they do it with the samples too.
In fact this was a sample that I bought. I wanted to before I put it on my online stores.

I bought a wig that was of the worst quality I've ever had I contacted them and asked for their return address they REFUSED to give it to me and as I was uploading photos for this review they sent me messages offering to give me a $5 refund for a wig I paid $97+ for!
Them they asked me to withdraw my dispute and LIE about why I'm returning the wig to Aliexpress! That should tell you the kind of a company this is!
They are shameless scammers and I'm going to report them to the @BBB & @ftc. If you ever have a bad experience with this company, this talk about it online to shut them down
