BUYER BEWARE! PATTI'S PEARLS cheated me out of my money! Had a horrible experience buying an expensive wig, and was not able to return after following all return policy rules. After following all return policy and returning in perfect condition, they denied a return of funds, claiming that it was damaged. They purposely made a tear in the wig and took a picture of the damage claiming I sent it that way. Absolutely false accusation! This ploy to avoid returning my money, over $600 lost.

I was told an Ellen Wille color number and it should match my Jon Renau color. Well it didn't. So I called and was told our consultants only give you a color they think MAY be close. Then to find out if I could send it back for refund. NOPE now without $25 restocking fee and shipping fee. I have ordered for years and now they are getting so greedy and customer service is horrible. This is my last purchase. I have spent several thousand in the past 10 years, but there is so many other companies that will work with you. Never again... Sorry Patti, not what you used to be.

When all goes well, its great. But if you have a problem, you are ignored or they blame a computer glitch for not receiving complaint e mails, they will not post bad reviews or stand behind defective products. The sales wigs have been worn before and less that perfect. I received one with a horrible odor. The company claims they did not receive my complaints or e mail about this. I was told by Ginger that she would follow through on my issues but she has not I am VERY disappointed in this site and will not order from them in the future. I have warned all of my fellow wig wearers as well.

Don't expect to complete a return or get a refund if you're dissatisfied. Brand new wig, unworn, with tag on in box and they would not let me return it. They are not accommodating, customer does not come first for this business. Buyer beware.

Well, it's my fault listening to a YouTube influencer rave about Patti and her pearls. After two transactions not only out of money, but had to pay to try and sell a wig they claimed was not returned to standards. I went by the rules, called and was charged for sending it back, and was told to measure next time. OMG. Okay, fine to be sure this is a mistake. Nope.out of money, out of confidence, and just fair warning, be careful. Horribly treated, and I'll never seek any thing from this company. And oh, you pay to have it customised, and not to your expectations, you fault, and get ready, nothing to do. When it's to good to be true. Trust your gut. It's all about how to make money. They don't care what's going on with you or why you need a wig. Shame on you, Patti. And I just tried to show proof of purchase. And guess what. You can't.

Let me first begin by saying that I'm not a first-time wig purchaser or wearer, however, buying from Patti's Pearls (PP) will be my first and LAST time to be their customer. I'm an adult female who works as a Registered Nurse, and I have alopecia areata.

Where to begin with my EXTREME disappointment with their online store?

1. I don't know if my order is coming in 2 separate parcels, but the Ellen Wille wig came without the small head cap and gripper headband I ordered in the brown shipping box? That is weird. No notice that I would be getting 2 packages. So, I'm wondering if PP "forgot" to send me the wig grip head band and fish net wig liner?

2. I know and understand that the wig I purchased from PP is non-returnable because the model has been discontinued, but who knew that it would have been PREVIOUSLY WORN and MANIPULATED prior to me purchasing it. UGH! I'm a registered nurse, and I find wearing a previously worn wig disgusting!

How do I know it's been worn?
A. The zig-zag part, that all purchasers are told not to straighten, has been straightened. Hmmm?
B. The Ellen Wille tag was NOT attached to the wig.
C. The wig was not secured in its Ellen Wille box.
D. The wig didn't come wrapped in its usual Ellen Wille netting.
E. The wig didn't come with any tissue paper in the cap of the wig to give it some support.
F. I only wear Ellen Wille wigs because of the quality and petite average size, so I know how her wigs are supposed to arrive when new.
G. It appears that the lace front has been manipulated in places...some snippets.
F. The REAL BIG ONE...The wig cap (inside of the wig) stinks from body oils/sweat. How absolutely disgusting! Patti's Pearls should be totally ashamed of themselves selling a USED wig as a new one! I would imagine that this is against some kind of state or federal law for PP to sell a used wig without the customer's knowledge and approval.

I've always purchased my wigs from Wig Studio 1 with never an issue such as this. Patti's Pearls should be totally ashamed of themselves selling an obviously used wig as new. I'm definitely going to look into reporting this to their state's health department. As a registered nurse, this is NOT acceptable.

I normally read reviews on a company before doing business with them, but for whatever reason, I didn't this time. I purchased wigs from Patty's Pearls a couple of times and was satisfied with them. Until this time. I was going to return a wig, but after doing all the things they require, I'm assuming they don't provide a return label... Meaning I have to pay to send it back. Every other wig Co. I have ordered from has provided a return label! And after reading others' reviews, I'm not going to go to the added expense of shipping it back, as I know they won't refund me. Will donate it. I will not ever order from PPs again.
Also, it took 4 times and 2 full days to get a reply from them about my return.
P.S. I never even wore the darn thing. Beware!

I have been a customer of Patti's Pearls for several years. Recently, I have noticed a downward trend of their customer service. Recently, I have received wigs that were obviously returned, and are in poor condition when I receive them. Had a wig, that not even worn for 1 week, fell apart. They did nothing to work with me! When I call, I am placed on perpetual hold. Then the long winded emails. Website needs an overhaul - contradicting return policies listed. And if you need to do a return - good luck! Their competitors offer FREE returns (shipping) and do not charge a processing fee. Will not be purchasing from them again.

Really lousy CS. Tried to cancel wig on backorder which they had no idea when would be available. Did not tell me I would loose discount and free shipping if I would still purchase the second item on order. Talked to them yesterday was told I would get full refund for wig. D id not tell me that if they shipped the hairspray I would loose the 30% discount and now would also have to pay shipping for the spray. They shipped right after I got off the phone. Today I got an email showing my credit for the wig but instead of getting sales price of 112.45 only got credit for 96.62 and now can't cancel hair spray as they quickly shipped it with the added fees yesterday after I cancelled wig. Said CS could not tell me that that would happen. Find a new place to buy wigs, I will! I now have to pay 31.91 for a 22.96 can of hair spray that was suppose to 30% off that price. Like someone else said they are fine if you don't have any sort of an issue with the purchase. Cancelling a backorder that they cannot give an estimated date of receiving is not like returning an item. Who wants a company to keep that amount of money charged to your credit card when you don't know when or if you will ever receive the item. Take heed!

Don't fall for their marketing and their returns policy is wrong because it's a terribly operated drop shipping store.

Man, this wig was actually something! It is pretty darn good hair. I was a little worried about purchasing because of the price but I am not disappointed, in fact, I've never been this happy. I love everything about this wig, from the density to how natural is looks. I love how full and thick it is and it's very soft and rarely sheds making the maintainence quite easy. I will definitely be purchasing again.

This wig is just fantastic and I really like it. It feels like actual hair so it's very soft and realistic. The quality of it is what I love the most because it's superb and better than the other wigs I have purchased. The blonde wig I got suits me pretty well and looks like actual hair.

I can't say enough good about Wigs By Pattis Pearls! They are so competent, professional, knowledgeable and kind. I want to give a shout out to Kelsey who works in customer service. She's the BEST!
