Cane n his crew are very professional they made sure my windows were installed prefectly checked n double checked that they had covered everything so I wouldn't worry about water leaks or heat if you ever go with Winchoice make sure to ask for Cane n his crew to install you'll will be very satisfied as I am

This company will not care about you or the windows they install. I could never get information regarding the windows themselves or the insurance for the company, or the warranty information until after the windows were installed. I was charge $1300 for their referral program. Really, why should I have to pay for that? The windows themselves cost about $3500 but the charges were ridiculous and I ended up paying much much more. Go somewhere else. This company is terrible.

This company pushes an inferior product at a grossly inflated price and tries to use bullying and other unethical sales practices to wear the buyer down to the point that they make the mistake of doing business with them. Steer clear of this company. Unfortunately there are no negative stars to offset the good reviews on this site that are probably planted by the company.

This company will not care about you or the windows they install. Right now I am frustrated,. I signed a contract for windows in OCTOBER 2021 it's APRIL 2022 and I am still waiting for one window to be installed that should've been installed initially with the others to begin with. Theyinstalled the majority of the windows in JANUARY 2022. I have made more than several calls to the company and am usually passed off to someone else with the message that they will call me back. They NEVER DO! The last time I called a woman told me she was the one that was suppose to call me back and she said she didn't call back because she didn't have any new information. WTF! I explain to her good customer service is to touch base with the customer that's called several times and just let them know you don't have new information and as soon as you do you keep them in the loop. Instead of dodging them like a shady business.

I agreed to the presentation of their product and I did feel pressure to buy. I wanted new windows on my home at some point but I explained to the salesperson this was a purchase that we could not afford right now he continued on the phone pretending to speak to someone other than another sales person to give me a better deal which I came to find out later was all game. He wasn't getting me a better deal he quoted me a price too high to begin with to make it seem as if they were doing me a favor. Scammed. I know of 2 people who have more windows and they paid less, so to to know that it was all game is disappointing because they ask what makes you want to do business with a company and trust/integrity is the number one thing for me and they are not proving trustworthy.
I signed the contract in October, the windows were not installed until January the installation guys were nice but messy I was still cleaning up broken glass weeks after the installation from the inside of my property. We had to ask them to clean their fingerprints off the windows they did install. I didn't complain about b/c I thought this was normal until I asked other people that have have windows installed by other companies.

***^Most importantly I have not seen any changes on my utility bill as they promised I would! I do not recommend purchasing anything for this company. I don't care about a $100 referral program when you just do not conduct good business. I'm sorry I referred my friends and family to do business with them. I've actually received communication asking if I have any more referrals but not about completing the the job on my home…. Stay away from this company until they can do better.

I receive 5 to 10 calls a day from this company, often within minutes of each other.
Had to file BBB, FTC & Attorney General complaints.
Company is horrible.

Received harassing telemarketing calls.

My windows were installed today. The installer Alex, Sandre's and The Brazilian guys did an excellent job. They didn't waist no time and they even cleaned up. A job well done.

This company has been nothing but an aggravation to my husband and me. They set times to come do the job and never showed up. We received calls from foreign speaking people under their name asking us to rate their company before they had done the job. Feeling this company is shady, we terminated the job. We will deal with local people from now on.

They send unskilled people without the proper tools to install their ( in my opinion) knock off windows. Windows were all the wrong size and leaked air and water from day one. They slapped wrong sized windows in my house hoping I wouldn't notice before they could get me to sign an approval. After going on many sights and reading reviews I'm pretty sure once they get their money you will probably NEVER see them again. I find this company to be unscrupulous. In my opinion they are con artists with a well crafted plan to scam unknowing people out of their money and leave them in a WORSE position than BEFORE they decided to replace their windows. They believe just because you signed a contract they can treat you any way they want to. If you value your home and want to avoid stress and heartache DO NOT sign on with these people. Help spread the word about this company to protect other uneducated consumers from being abused by this company.

Sales team is overly pushy and they don't listen to what their customers want. They push more windows than what you want done. They come off sounding like used car salesman.

One of the many windows installed in 2014 is leaking again and causing damage to my home and furniture. The company will not honor the warranty. In 2014 I had approximately 18 windows and a double door installed in my home by this company known then as The Window Source now (WinChoice). The entire package carried a lifetime warranty. Approximately a year after installation we noticed in one of the rooms we rarely use that one of the windows had been leaking due to insufficient sealant and installation and caused the surrounding wall to buckle, the window sill to rotten, the wood and insulation to mold and mildew and the integrity of the floor to become compromised. We got in contact with The Window Source (WinChoice) and after some doing and investigating and taking bids the company had some contractors do the necessary repairs or so we thought. Now here we are several years later and the EXACT same window in the EXACT same room is giving us issues Again. So, it appears what the contractors gave us was a temporary fix. This has been going on at least three months now and when I noticed it I immediately contacted The Window Source now known as WinChoice USA to advise them of this issue. The company eventually sent someone out who took my water hose and spray it at my window and then told me, I don't think there is anything wrong with the window because it is not leaking, It might be coming from the installation of the solar panels you have up on the roof. I told that gentleman, I don't think so. Those panels were not even up there when the leak happened the first time and this is the exact same window, the exact same room and the exact same type of damage. He said well I don't think it has anything to do with us and I see a couple of rusty nails up there underneath the overhang and they may have damaged something when they put those panels up there. You may want to have them check it. I said that is a crock of $#*!. One thing I know for certain is they had to have a roof audit to verify the integrity of my roof before they could install the panels on the roof, they had to have a permit from the city before they could install the panels AND after they were done with the installation it had to be inspected in order for it to pass and me to get a green tag. I contacted WinChoice again about the damage and told them I wanted someone else out here to look at the damage and to also let them know that the water did not come pouring in from the water hose the day the gentleman was here but the next day there was moisture in the window sill. They scheduled the next person on the 4th of July to come out. I also just to do my due diligence
Contacted Solar City my Solar Panel company and advised them of what the guy from WinChoice had said and the damage and condition of my house and they scheduled a CREW to be here July 5th. The guy came out from WinChoice 7/4 said he could not really tell he did go in the attic, said he did not smell any mold or mildew up there nothing was wet up there, he looked at the damage of and around the window and stated he wanted to help but he had to wait to get the go ahead from the office. The next day there was an 8 man crew from Solar City came out, they walked my entire roof, they walked my entire attic, they came on the inside and checked the around the window, the wall, the floor, my curtain, the back of my couch, my ceiling every place there was damage, They took pictures and I took pictures of them being here. They said Mrs Boyd we can assure you this damage ABSOLUTELY has nothing to do with us. All the insulation you had blown in the attic last winter is still nice and tall, there is no smell of mold or mildew up there, there is no water stains on your ceiling from leaks(which I already knew). They said and would you do something for us and tell whomever your window company is that tried to blame this on us, let them know that we do not nor have we ever used nails to install our panels or any of our equipment. They came out right away to satisfy the customer and to ensure good customer service. WinChoice still has not made repairs nor communicated satisfactorily. This has been ongoing for months now.
