When I emailed to ask if this color would be in stock, I was very pleased with the customer service response. They kept me informed and responded promptly. My window is plain white, which I like.
The additional cost for this AC unit was definitely worthwhile. It has a nice appearance after installation, is simple to use and maintain, and is very practical with the app. However, I would have preferred more silence.
The last bedroom in the house with only one AC unit is our bedroom. We were disappointed because we didn't want to deal with installing a second unit and because we disliked window units. We then discovered Windmill! It appears fantastic! We don't even have a unit that you can see!
