Run in the other direction! First- my data speed was horrific, much worse than my prior carrier; second - the changed my plan without my request then shut my service for non-pay for the upgrade I never requested; Third - I was on autopay but received emails that I was late so my service was being shut off; I cancelled my plan but they refused to refund the following billing period I had paid before it started; I disputed the charge - it was refunded - the rebilled me... go to Spectrum if you can - only 45 bucks a month - better service - better customer service
I've had them for over a year and let me just say, stay away! If you want to wait hours for customer service and mainly only be able to chat online which they respond to when they want, then I'd recommend but boost mobile is further along than this company.
Service is near perfect. People you talk to are ok. There policy is the worst of all cell phone carriers.you will get sick trying to communicate with them...BAD

Long story but I'll make it short. WING Phone SERVICE (Phone Carrier) is no good in any way you look at them. I had WING for a while and seemed like they couldn't do enough for me when I called. As long as I STAYED a loyal customer. Then I found out I could get the same or better with another company for half the price. Then I call WING to stop my phone service with them... they give me all the codes and numbers to give my new carrier to switch my phone the the new copany. That way I can keep the same phone number. Well, low and behold the numbers and codes WING gave me wouldn't work. The new company tried and tried but wouldn't work. They tell me I have to get new phone number and bad as I hatted to change I said go for it.
Now here I have a new phone number and no longer use WING phone company at all. This was over a month back. Today I received an email from WING thanking me for my resent payment. I; m thinking this has got to be a mistake. I check with my bank and sure enough... there is a charge for almost $90.00 from WING. Next, I call WING to remind them that I no longer have service with them and needed to be refunded the payment. They tell me they still have me as an active customer. I explain the situation and she tells me they are a pre-paid phone service and they cannot refund. Long story short here... She said because I got numbers to:"Port Out" and didn't use the word "Cancel" that I have to pay the payment. They took out the payment automatically because I didn't "word it right" it didn't stop the service so I have to pay and they cannot refund the payment. Even though they can see I haven't used that number... no logs on it at all she said... I still can't get a refund. They are charging me for the month ahead... that actually isn't ahead. We haven't even used March 2020. She gets the manager in on it and he says the same thing to me only different wording. See,... there goes the "wording" thing again.
Thing is people... don't even give WING a try. I'm nobody special but take my word for it. It ain't a better phone service. Their charge maybe a bit lower than some but it's not the lowest nor the best like their ads say they are. Far From it. You are their babies as long as you go along with their game. But, try leaving and you're nothing but spoiled brats.
Stay away from WING but if you can't take my suggestion... make sure you use the correct wording.
