First let me tell you a couple of things about myself. I am a 70 yr. Old woman with BREAST CANCER. I live on a fixed income like most seniors. So money is tight. On May 20,2016 I went online to Amazon and purchased a car cover. (My car sets in a car port) and it gets so terribly dirty. I a unable to wash it due to failing health. The cost was $59.95 plus S & H of $18.95. I realize this is not a lot of money to most of you, but to me it requires saving for the expense. Amazon notified me that it had been delivered to my home at 5:30pm on June 6 or 8 I don't remember. But I do have the docs. Amazon took control and followed up with Won Lane. Diane (appears to be owner) e-mailed me spun a big bunch of DOG POO and basically said I was a liar and so on. I again went to Amazon WHO APPARENTLY DOES'NT GIVE A POOP ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY TOLD ME THAT WON LANE REPORTED THEY DISCOVERED A TECHNICAL GLITCH. WHAT EVER THAT MEANS. THEN DROPPED THE COMPLAINT. Don't do business with either company as they neither one give a PIDDLE about their customers.
