Check out their web site, note property names, look up every apartment review site and read reviews. Ignore all 4-5 star reviews. Horrendous service, sub-standard conditions. They and their hand puppets staff are money hungry scammers and liars, just like their handlers in Lakewood NJ. All engage in criminal activity against renters. All are being reported to state and federal enforcement agencies for their criminal conduct. They harass and threaten renters, illegally charge all kinds of fees, slander renters, collude, conspire with each other and other renters against unwanted renters they aggressively try to purge. Their properties are insanely overpriced end-of-life teardowns. "Renovated" slum. The worst of the worst. I can't stress this enough - read reviews before even scheduling a tour. Their properties are revolving doors. People think they need to wait until their lease expires to terminate. No, they don't have to wait. Early termination is possible without penalty because slumlords and their staff violate and void their lease from day one. Do not rent from them or you will regret.
