I hired this company because I was having trouble formatting my book with Word and thought I would try someone else. The problems have been several. In my original manuscript there were no fleurons (that little line of stars that indicates when the scene changes, or when the time changes. I had left some spaces in my manuscript and I thought, no problem, they will fix those. After all, I was paying at least $500 for the job. When I got the manuscript back, they had stuck fleurons everywhere, in places where they didn't make sense. It was like a machine had said, there's a space, lets stick a fleuron in. I paid extra to re-size the cover to fit the new smaller book, and when I tried to upload the book, the cover didn't fit. I don't know if they will charge me to resize the cover. If they do, I will go to my cover creator and have her do it. I AM VERY ANGRY. I spent over $500 for the work they did, and to date I do not have a book I can upload to KDP. WARNING. DO NOT HIRE THEM.

I put total trust in them, I didn't read their contracts closely, what do I know, it's their business and their terminology. They sent me contracts that didn't relate to are emails, they where for different programs, I signed them and got the product that I signed for, but not the product we discussed. This didn't happen just once but three times, now they will not communicate with me, which means that they are not going to make things right
