I ordered two GE XWFE water filters which did not work. I ended up getting one from Home Depot and had no issue. I have been trying to return the filters for a couple of months now with no luck. They sent me address labels on two different occasions and both times the filters were returned saying "Return to Sender, Attempted not Known, Unable to Forward". Looks like I have been taken for $58. I am still trying to get my refund, but I am not feeling for confident I ever will. Don't get taken by their low prices as they will take your money and then go silent.

Ordered 2 water filters for GE frig - received and they did not fitm, felt cheap conpared to the one I was replacing. Requested a retrun, they sent me an email with return label and told me they wold refund once received, shipped on April 19, tracking number shows received but still no refund. I disputed the charge with my card holder so expect a credit but I would warn anyone against using this fly by night garbage company.

Most of the complaints about this company relate to GE XWFE water filters. Unfortunately, when GE installed a chip in their XWF filters, the after market sellers went crazy. They kept selling their generic XWF filters as XWFE with a note that it has NO CHIP. Many companies, including this one, failed to put this note on their product, failing to be transparent about it (which is the reason for the 3-stars). Fortunately, this company makes amends and accepts returns of the failed product. It takes 2-3 weeks to get the credit.

I ordered two GE XWFE water filters from them which were cheaper and neither one worked. GE company said they need a chip inside which mine did not have. I was mislead with lots of 5 star reviews on their website. Everything in their box looked legitimate but filters do not work because they are not authentic. GE said the Amazon ones are not authentic either even though they say they are. World Market said they are not affiliated with them either. They emailed me a return label. I verified the address with them and took it boxed up to the post office. Box was returned two weeks later "Return to Sender, Attempted not Known, Unable to Forward". Wasted my time. No refund either but not giving up.

Fake will not work. Had to purchase at home depot. Don't let the low cost fool you, you get what you pay for!

When I flushed the filter as instructed in the directions, no black pieces of charcoal came out like the original GE filters. When I looked carefully at the filter the original says Made In USA while the
Worldmarket 24 say made in China. I call GE and they said these filters would void the warranty.

I, like many others was lured by the attractive price on a GE XWFE filter. Received in a reasonable time frame. Low and behold filter did not work. Ended up researching, which has led me to this site. Obviously a scam. Now, hopefully BoA will get involved and help with a refund.

DO NOT BUY WATER FILTERS FROM THIS COMPANY!I made a mistake buying a water filter from this company a few weeks ago ( it was $20 cheaper than lowes or home depot) these water filters do not have the rdif chip that ge has on their newer model refrigerators. You cannot bypass it, it just gives an error reading.I sent it back and the company is now not giving me a refund, they have been stringing me along and I'm out $28.99.

GE "genuine" filters do not work because they don't have necessary chip to function. Less than one star.

I purchased GE refrigerator filters from Worldmarket24 website and they sent three filters to me that were supposed to be "XWFE" filters. Only problem is that what they sent is not recognized by the refrigerator and therefore not a genuine filter, but more importantly, not a filter that even works.

AVOID this company or pay the price

Purchased two GE XWFE filters that require a computer chip to work in my fridge. I wrote an email to world Market 24 to get information to send back and get a refund. No response yet. I will write a new review if I get nothing back from them.

Don't buy GE XWFE water filters for your refrigerator from World Market 24. They look authentic and they fit but your water and ice will not work! I ended up paying for a repairman because I thought something was wrong with my refrigerator and all it was was the counterfeit filter I bought from World Market 24!

I purchased a refrigerator filter for my father-in-law who is bedridden in another state. When it arrived, it was installed and began throwing an "Error" message immediately. I removed the new filter, replaced the old, and the refrigerator worked fine. Replaced old filter with new filter and got immediate "Error" message again. Put old filter back in and things were fine. I wrote customer service and explained the issue. They said to send back the defective filter and when they received it, they would send a replacement at no charge. I sent the filter in, but rather than just sending a replacement at no charge, they credited my first filter and billed and shipped the second when the first was received by them. When it arrived, the same "Error" message appeared. Deja vu, they wanted the latest filter back and would ship a replacement when they received the return. I shipped the second "new" defective filter back. After two weeks, I wrote the company asking why I hadn't received credit or a new filter. Two weeks later, I wrote again and they said they had just issued credit to my credit card. It never showed as a credit on my card and I've been writing every two weeks or so requesting my credit with no response. I wrote again today and my email was returned as "Undeliverable " so I assume these people have f gone out of business. STAY AWAY!

I would like to report this company Worldmarket24 to sell "Everydrop EDR1RXD1 Replacement Whirlpool Ice and Water Refrigerator Filter 1. × 5" online to the customers who consider Worldmarket sells the cheaper price of the products. As a matter of fact, this company sells counterfeit products to customers. When customers ask for return, they send customer wrong packlist from USPS. This company never refund to it's customers. So many customers purchased their counterfeit products and not able to get refund from this company (I did research and found out other customers got cheated by this online sales company, Workmarket24 from China). Please help innocet people don't ever get cheated by this company. I apprciate all your help.

Worldmarket24 sold me a defective water filter ($39.95) and will not respond to my requests for a return and refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!

I ordered a 4 pack of GE XWFE water filters. Upon receipt, I immediately noticed that the filters while labeled XWFE did not contain the RFID chip that is required for the functionality of my water and ice maker/dispenser. I have attached photos of the as received filters and a comparison of a genuine filter next to the counterfeit filter. If you look closely you can clearly see the RFID under the label of the genuine filter. As further proof, I used a NFC reader to see if it gave a reading on the filters and only the genuine filter provided a result. I contacted the seller and asked for a RMA and shipping label for return and refund. They did send a shipping label but the from and to addresses on the label do not match the company addresses nor my address. Further the USPS tracking number on the label they provided is already reflecting shipment activity in different states from mine. USPS does not allow reuse of a tracking number for 4 months so it looks fraudulent. I have asked them to validate shipping label provided and am waiting for a response.
I thought I was getting a deal on these filters but the aggrevation of handling these worthless filters is proving to be quite frustrating and thus not cost effective.
Bottom Line when purchasing a GE XWFE water filter confirm in some way that the filter contains a RFID under the label as required. These filters may work fine as XWF since they contain no RFID but you pay a premium for the XWFE filter.
