“Professional”

The process was easy, convenient and far quicker than I expected. The check came in the mail without any issues. If you have a bunch of pieces or anything that would be tough to sell, this is the company to use. They know their stuff. Not only did I get an amazing deal for my jewelry but I spoke personally with a client manager who answered all my questions etc. Five stars, 100% recommended.

“Scammed Me!”

I sent Worthyfew.com 3 rings worth about $1000. I never heard from them. Finally after a couple months they replied to one of my emails and told me they had sent a $52 check. I remember getting this check in a plain white envelope with no reference as to who it was from. It was issued from Chase Bank, the same bank I deal with so I thought the check was from them. Talk about a SCAM outfit. I am absolutely livid about this.

I sent in 4 pieces of jewelry. A Diamond tennis bracelet appraised at $2000 17 years ago and a Diamond cluster ring valued at &879 when I had it made and a Diamond studded wedding band and a gold bracelet. Received a check for $45. I am doing everything I can think of to get my jewelry back. They don't answer my emails or calls. You can't send the check back because you don't have a full address. I feel sick. Please don't do business with this fraudulent "company"

I also sent three valuable rings and received a check for $36. They say your jewelry will be returned if you don't accept their offer. But I have called and emailed several times with no reply. I am sick at my own lack of properly checking these lying cheats out.

Tip for consumers:
Do NOT send them anything.

This is the 2nd time I sold jewelry using Worthyfew. Both times I've been impressed with how easy it is. A couple clicks then an insured box shows up a couple of days later. I may have been able to get marginally more $ if I sold in on Ebay, but that would have been a major hassle listing it online with a thousand other similar items, dealing with buyers, haggling, etc.
Much simpler to just send it to Worthyfew and receive a check - which came in handy right when I needed it. Thanks, Worthyfew!

This company is mimicking another company name Worthy and offers to sell your jewelry. WorthyFew is a scam. I sent two rings to them 2/20/23 appraised for $25,000. Once they received the jewelry all communications stop. You cannot get through to a live person to talk to them and all emails are ignored. I made the mistake thinking this was the legitimate company - don't be fooled like I was. WorthyFew is a SCAM.

Tip for consumers:
Do not send any jewelry to this company. WorthyFew is a SCAM.

They said they had sent me a check for my jewelry, never received it, now they say they can't return my jewelry because I didn't respond in 4 days after receiving a check that I never received. I have reported this company as a scam to the FTC and a few other agencies. On their pamphlet it says you will receive an offer, never even got that, One big scam and now I am going to wait and see if they return my jewelry real soon. I am sure this review will not be published.

I sent in 2 old diamond rings. They kept me in the loop during the whole process. I received more than the estimate I got trying to sell the rings near my house. I would have loved more of an appraisal for my jewelry, so I can know why it was worth what they say it was worth. But overall, my experience was excellent. I would send them jewelry again.

My wife decided to unload her mother's jewelry. We read a well-known magazine article where Worthyfew were mentioned favorably, so we went with them. We sent a whopping 100 pieces. I talked to the gemologist who thoughtfully talked about each piece. We loved our offer and were more than pleased with the professional way we were treated. The check came quickly too. Could not recommend this company more.

I was offered about 60% of what was paid for my diamond ring. I expected as much because jewelry doesn't retain much resale value. I sent the ring via their shipping kit, and the money was in my account a couple days later. The whole process was easy.

Based on the positive reviews which predominated earlier, I send items to WorthyFew. Diamond tcw was about 1.7,14K or higher gold, good diamond quality. I received a check for $21! Seriously... When I tried to call customer service, surprise, the phone number is disconnected. What a shoddy outfit. Have sent them an email demand for the return of my jewelry and will return their undoubtedly worthless check.

I had a tough experience where the offer I received for my jewelry was much lower than I was expecting. I was disappointed at first, but I reached out to Worthyfew's gemologist, Daniel, and he was able to explain the value of my pieces in more detail. While I still didn't receive the offer I was hoping for, I appreciated Daniel's help in understanding the appraisal process.

I would still recommend Worthyfew. The convenience of their service is unmatched. I'm not sure they are still operating though. But I still think they needed a review.

I sent a diamond necklace with a lot of diamonds on it and a gold ring. I got a check for 24.00 in the mail with no company name on it or no explanation.
I thought it was from a class action settlement with a bank I had so I deposited it! (My mistake) so I got scammed something awful! Avoid this company!

I had my doubts about shipping my vintage jewelry in the mail, but their insurance policy was great. I would do it again. Worthyfew offered me double what I was promised at a local jewelry store. Apparently one of my pieces was more valuable than I thought. I can't rave enough about a company being that HONEST!

I sent jewelry in that had considerable value and was told by email that there was nothing of value but I could get my items back if I paid shipping and insurance. It cost me $100 despite their guarantee that if I didn't "love" their offer they would send my items back at no cost to me. What a scam!

Worthyfew has been a pleasant experience for me! Their staff is always polite. The gemologist was knowledgeable and helpful, making it simple and enjoyable. I don't know why they are getting so much hate on these reviews.

On the other hand, I found their offer for my item a bit disappointing. However, the quick processing and delivery of the check made up for it. Overall, I'm satisfied with Worthyfew and would recommend them to anyone looking to sell their valuables.

I sent in jewelry and watches on 2/12/2023 and have not been contacted by the company. Their email and phone number have no reply. The ad promises to contact me within 72 hours with an offer on the jewelry or if I am not satisfied, they will return my jewelry. I have not been contacted or have my jewelry returned. I will be contacting the NY attorney general and the US postal authorities about Worthyfew and their scam business.

I looked through WorthyFew's website and read reviews before deciding to send jewelry. Their check arrived as promised; however, the number of pieces, what I knew several were real stones and at least 12 ct gold. Granted, I didn't have diamonds in this lot (I've been selling my jewelry for a while, purchased by my ex, who only bought the best of the best for me back in the day).

I had two addresses, one on the check and one on the portfolio of the Jewelry Shipping Kit, but neither address was complete. The portfolio had no physical address, just Worthyfew HD, and the check had no address, just West 47th Street. I knew this could cause my return of the check to exceed their allowable days. I sent their customer service an email on day 2, long before the return period, which I recall as 30 days in some paperwork I received with the shipping kit and saw online on Quora.

I sent them two emails, on days two and three, asking which address to return their $34 check to and get back my jewelry. I like to have things in writing because there are so many unscrupulous people doing business these days, thanks to the ease of the internet. My emails were never answered, so I called their customer service line on day 7, thinking I had 23 more days to send in the check, and; after a few minutes of ringing, got a recorded message saying there were no agents, so please leave a message.

I did not get a return call, I received a cold, harsh email from Charlotte Fuller, Client Care Manager WorthyFew saying my return period of 4 days had passed and I no longer own what I shipped to them.

I warn everyone reading this not to believe the professional packaging and be very careful before sending anything to anyone calling themselves WorthyFew.

I fully expected their check to be worthless, and guess what - it is! I found several websites where I could confirm the routing number of their check, which is *******.

That routing number does not exist. Do Not Trust Anyone Calling Themselves WorthyFew.

If there is a legitimate company called WorthyFew, I hope you find these scammers using your good name to steal from innocent people.

It was easy because they send a pre-insured mailer to you. I sent some jewelry in and received payment through check. It was a huge offer. They did all the complicated work of appraising, and selling. Worthyfew is an amazing service.

I sent my Van Cleef bracelet to Worthyfew. The offer was surprisingly good, but I decided to change my mind. Returning was easy in a prepaid shipping box. I am happy with the entire process and will send my family their way.

Worthyfew made selling my jewelry a breeze. They provided valuable insights into my collection and offered fair prices for my items.

While I did encounter a minor issue when I requested my jewelry to be returned, Worthyfew promptly resolved the matter. In the end, I was very satisfied with their service, and I would not hesitate to use them again.

I, like so many others thought that this was a good place to sell my jewelry. How wrong I was! I, too got a check for $52 for like 20 rings one of them was a Tanzanite Quad A In 18 karat gold with diamonds on the sides. I am sick to death that they took advantage of this 74 year old just wanting to get a little extra cash for our retirement. The check was made out to WF and I thought it was from Wells Fargo also so I cashed it. They are absolutely disgusting and I don't know where to go from here because they do not answer phone calls and now their website says they are not taking any new customers. Now I know why. My daughter used a different company and was very pleased with her results. Don't be fooled by all these positive reviews.

I'll never take jewelry to sell anywhere else. They provided me with not only a fair offer, but gave me invaluable information about diamond certifications. Daniel, the gemologist, is an honest person, which is pretty rare in this industry. Don't waste your time shopping around. Send your jewelry to Worthyfew.

I sold some of my old jewelry through Worthyfew. The process was straightforward, and the Gemologist, Daniel, was helpful.

Worthyfew's system of sending a check through the mail may seem old-fashioned, but it was reliable and secure. I appreciate their their offer. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience with Worthyfew and would recommend their services to anyone looking to sell their jewelry.
