Just a bit slow in shipment, best price for grey import. Although without manufacturer warranty, CS is quite good. You need to print out the manual yourselves in French.
Absolute rubbish, scam website to buy, DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE. Dispatch took them A MONTH ( not joking.), delivery another 2 weeks! I bought Xiaomi MI10 mobile device. Its faulty, power button don't work properly, it looks like second grade device, phone freezes and keep deleting my data. I contacted WOW CAMERA, they refused to accept my return or repair. Avoid they are scammers, you won't get yr money back or replacement. Avoid at any price.

I used Wowcamera for the first to buy a Samsung Tablet 8 Ultra. The Tablet was not new as described on the site so I asked for a refund. The box was opened already upon arrival. The sales rep Sally Turner gave me reasons for this which was dubious. She said that vendors perform "random stock checks" so the box might be opened. Then later in another email, she claims the reason the box was opened is that "it appears the checks were likely done during customs clearance due to added security checks"
I kindly asked for a refund. Sally offered up to £25 refund for the postage which the buyer has to pay. Please note that the return address is in Hong Kong, not wherever the item was sent from. I raised the case with Paypal instead as I felt it was easier and more secure to claim the refund back that way. I've posted the item back and Wowcamera authorised the refund. However, because I raised the case with Paypal, she told me that they won't offer me the postage amount anymore! The reason for this was "the business is under restructuring phase, it is not actively operating at this time". I'm pretty sure this is not completely true as their website does not have any evidence of this currently.
I am seeking ways to get the refund back, but given it is not a UK based company, they know that the law does not go very far. Also, as I mentioned, be aware that they may give you off-the-shelf reasons which are half-truth at best when you do complain or have issues in order to keep you from pursuing things.
I purchased an LG 5G phone from them.
On their website, it says open to all UK networks.
They sent the phone but it wasn't compatible with the UK network.
LG confirmed that the phone is not a UK phone.
So be careful, they might send you something which is not compatible here.
Also, their base is in Hong Kong and it would impossible to implement UK laws.
Not happy because you have to spent $20.00 on shipping and (NO change and NO battery) Extra charge for that too!
Please do not waste your money on this website, the phones DO NOT have a Uk warranty and I have proof from apple that states that! It's from China I wouldn't buy anything!
