Poor quality synthetic hair being sold as human hair. Buyers beware, this plastic yarn is not worth your hard earned money.

Of course, I went off the reviews on the site, which are now apparently fake. I paid $132 for a wig, front lace, human hair, 1B. What I received was a wig, with a terrible smell that would not go away after 3 full wash and conditions. It shed continuously and when I washed it, the sink was full of black water which means it was fake hair dyed black. The wig cap was torn in multiple places where I could not even place it on my head without bobbie pens or tape because it would literally slide off. I intend to seek a legal challenge since the product was not as advertised. It's different and easier than a lawsuit and more effective than filing a complaint. I do not recommend this business.

I ordered a wig which was suppose to be Brazillian hair It came in 2 days by DLS was nothing as they show on their website. They advertise they will make it right if yoiu are unhappy or refund your money they never responded. I; lost 100.00 and even sent it back which they did not acknowledge to paypay l. Had a tracking number but it only tracked in the USA They also send on your statement that it is synthetic hair but sends an email before saying disregard that because they do it to avoid certain taxes and can sell cheaper to you. But on the bill it said unit cost 28.00 but i paid 100.00. These people are fraudulent all the way around do not buy from them they do a lot of website pop ups. Their wigs look synthetic and feel synthetic and the curly one i ordered was partly straight and part curled and very thin.

This place is a scam. The hair I bought from them, Peruvian natural wave in 14,16, and 18 inches, were dyed with different color threads and split ends on it. My stylist, who has been doing hair for 20+ years, is an expert in spotting out the real and the fake. As soon as he began washing the hair, I saw with my own eyes the dye running out of the hair. After the dye was out, that's when we saw different color threads and other things in the hair. It became pretty clear that this hair has been PROCESSED HEAVILY. They do not sell virgin hair as they website claims. Contacted consumer service about this and they denied, denied, denied. The only thing they said were things like we didn't dye it, it came like that and the donors dyed it. Not once did they answer my question concerning the threads and other material hanging out of the hair. Ladies, when something sounds too good to be true then it usually is. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
