I bought my first drone this year, a XIRO Explorer V. I'm still learning to use it - dodging trees and bushes in Central Maine - and received "less than 24 hr" replies from the folks at XIRO to answer all my questions - they're great! I'm still using the drone in the "Beginner" mode and am looking forward to attaching the gimbal (camera assembly) - almost there. The product is great and I'd recommend it, or another XIRO drone, to anyone. If you live in the USA, don't forget to register with the FAA!
As far as I could find, Xiro Xplorer suffers from quite poor parts. It tends to fly away at top speed, and the only reply I've got from tech support was "Possible interferetions". Xiro: never again.
