Worst logistics i have ever seen! They reschedule the delivery multiple times and not sooner! They take minimum of 10days for every reschedule and it can go up to infinite times. I have my samsung 3 appliances ordered together and the delivery was canceled thrice so far! Its just to work with their customer service too! Coz they never gonna say you the exact reason, lie you to cut you off the phone! Schedule the delivery whenever you want just to satisfy you in the morning and drop an email to reschedule it bc of overcapacity sometimes, family emergency for the driver the other time! I don't understand how samsung is working with them!

This company is fishy and must be looked into. I think they are scamming the Samsung as well as the consumers. I never got my fridge (black Friday order). Too many reschedules and no call no shows. I have gotten my local attorney general as well as BBB involved.
