I have used them several times. They have given me the wrong answer here and there but I was OK with that for the most part. They started out with very reasonable, cheap actually, prices. Always sending offers of low rates. As I started using them they kept raising their rates and asking for more money after they got the questions. They kept insisting that these were college level questions even though it's ninth grade algebra. This last time they had three questions and got two of the three questions wrong causing an F grade. They refused to refund the money even after showing proof and wanted to see the graded paper even though we don't get the graded paper we just get the F on the portal. You can clearly see the assignment was given an F. Oh and this was after I had already gone back to them and told them that two of the three answers were wrong when I got them but they wouldn't listen to me and insisted that those two answers were right and I knew they were wrong when I looked at them. I told them they were the wrong answers before I turned it in and I said "if I turn these in and get an F I hope you will refund my money" and then I said "oh yes I looked on your website and you have a money back guarantee". Before seeing the F on the portal I had sent them three more questions which I paid $18 for and they had the nerve to come back and ask for another $30. For three algebra questions. No more. I'm done with this company. Scam.

For the first time, they could not get a tutor in time so the money was refunded immediately. For the next time, I contacted them in advance and the tutor was available for realtime help. He got almost all answers correct.
