Am 7.11.23 habe ich CHF 250.-- einbezahlt und am Tag darauf gemerkt, dass das nicht für mich ist und eine Rückzahlung angefordert was am 14 Nov 09:07 mit der ID******* anscheinend erfolgt ist, das ist das was in Zahlungshistorie/verlauf so steht. Nur leider ist das Geld NIE auf meiner Kreditkarte gutgeschrieben worden. Ich habe per Email den Support mehrmals kontaktiert, leider ohne Erfolg. Ich gehe jetzt mal von Betrug/Abzocke aus und rate jedem ab, sich auf diese Firma einzulassen.

This is a follow up of my earlier review on this company. Two days back, on February 16th, I got a call from Xpro Markets; a lady was on the line. She explained their processing system to refund my amount and the delay thereof. When I asked why this is taking so much of time, which is beyond their 10 days parameters (in fact on 16th February it was 19th day since my refund request was approved), she said on 9th February it was sanction and the amount would have credited into my account. This was infact a prevaricate answer, which I was aware, and to pacify me. Still, I thought I would better check my bank statement, but alas it was not credited.
Hey guys, plz make sure that your hard earned money does not go into their dirty hands. These days many bogus companies are coming up and mashrooming overnight claiming that your money can be amazingly multiplied through AI based intelligent investment. But don't fall for it.

In recent months, there have been several fake news items propagated via social media apps and on various web pages available on the internet claiming that the infosis founder Narayana Murthy has endorsed or invested in automated trading applications… named BTC AI Evex, British Bitcoin Profit, Bit Lyte Sync, Immediate Momentum, Capitalix Ventures etc." Another one named QUANTUM AI was also recommended for global trading. In two fraudulent videos circulating in social media a morphed voice over Murthy's face was shown purportedly endorsing the so called platform claiming to have been working with Elon Musk. I did some searches in the news media and found them to be very satisfied. Accordingly I have registered for minimum investment prescribed. Within 4 hours I got calls from Xpro Markets, another few more companies based in the UK and Mauritius. During the initial interaction Xpro Markets, UK, I had told them I have registered in Quantum AI and how come I was getting a call from Xpro Markets. The executive on the other end very confidently told me that they are one of the arms and based on my registration only they are calling me. After the preliminary introduction they asked me how much I was willing to invest. I said as it's said in the news, minimum ₹18k+ only. Then the executive one Rahul said, it was of yesterday's rate, it would be something like ₹ *******/- only. Then after taking my consent he went on with the process of transferring funds to their account. However, when he could not, he handed over me to one of their experts, a lady and she guided me in transferring the amount with ease. The amount was transferred to Fuzzie Electronic, Fincare Small Finance Bank. When raised my doubt as to why another party, Rahul Immediately told me that they are the ones who help us transfer the amount by converting it to dollars. Immediately I got acknowledgement and welcome mails etc from Xpro Markets. There was no iota of doubt in the entire formalities, though I am generally very much vigilant in such transactions and deposits.
The elements of doubt about the veracity of these people started coming up when I started getting calls from various other entities, in which I never registered, but they were all referred to by my registration and it promoted my eagerness to understand more about Xpro Markets. All of them claimed that they are very authentic. The more I went in, the more the mystery and gradually i could understand unfolded the modus operandi of these bogus companies.
I immediately asked for my refund and it was acknowledged immediately. Although they repeatedly said to my chain of mails that 10 days would be the maximum time to credit the money, while the refund was initiated and the registration numbers were informed to me accordingly. I had furnished my bank details to them as per their requirement. Today is the 10th day from the date of my refund initiation (29 January 24). My details are as under:-

After this, one Amar from the UK tried to convince me to stick with the company for definite income, but I was firm in my decision. Then one Mr. Alam confirmed my withdrawal request. However, I have not received my money till date, despite my numerous emails to them. I request Xpro Markets thru this media to refund my amount at the earliest.
Sadly, I am also aware of two more people who had registered and deposited their hard earned money, without realising the grave error they have committed. One of them is a lady and a widow. She incidentally lost her son in an accident the very next day of her deposit. I was given to understand that she also has written to them and apprised about her situation and urgency of the fund. But these people have not yet refunded the amount in her bank account, the details of which were furnished by her like me. REQUEST REFUND THESE AMOUNTS ON HUMANITARIAN GROUNDS.
On 09th February '24 Xpro Markets (investigation division) asked for proofs on my post. Accordingly, I have sent them all documents received thru emails to me. Hope they carry out the investigation and on being found my claims are correct, refund my hard earned money. Thank you
