Just prepared and filed several 1099 misc/1096. Customer support chat was quick and answered all my questions. First time user - good experience. As a small business, can't beat the price and ease of using this program. They even handle mailing the form to the recipient. I've used a more expensive product in the past that was not cost effective and more difficult to use. Very pleased with this experience.
I have used Yearli for several years for W-2s and 1099s. Worked great in the past. This year, with no notice, after I prepared a W2 and a 1099 and paid, I couldn't obtain copies of the filings I prepared and, I hope, filings I made. At that point, when I tried to get copies, the screen indicated that, to get copies, I would have to pay $99.00 for that feature. I could not even get a receipt for what I paid. I have called the phone number provided, but get a message the the number is not available.

This is the second year I've used Greatland and, both times, I couldn't have done it without their help. Both years I've worked with Ben Martin. He offers awesome support. When I email him, he emails me back within 10-15 minutes with an answer. He has been indispensable to me. The website and all of the info Greatland gives is easy to understand and follow. I would recommend using them for any of your filing you're having to do yourself. They are worth every penny!

With the exception of struggling to log back into, because I had to reactivate my account after just using it to submit 2017 1099's everything else has been pretty easy and straight forward.
It would have been nice to know what the e-filing fees were in advance of entering all of the information
Yesterday I tried to do my w-2 filing with Yearli, a seamless 10 minute procedure the past several years that I have been a client. After at least an hour of frustration including 2 chats that kept me waiting in lines of over 100 others, your system still wouldn't let me in giving me error messages. I gave up and decided to try again today and it worked seamlessly, but the time wasted yesterday was very frustrating. Hopefully this was an aberration.
Easy to follow instructions but when chatting with chat make sure you can explain thoroughly. I received two different answers. I was told to call my state regarding a state question relating to line 17on 1099 Misc. After that it was a smooth process to submit. Speaking to a rep would have resolved my issue the first time I do believe. However, Chat was Great!
Very easy to navigate. With few forms to file, I use data entry and it couldn't be much easier - Yearli pulls demo data from prior year, I just need to add current year totals. A godsend for Last Minute Lucy here.

If the information to enter was more condensed, it would be easier to confirm coverage and non coverage when using the excel template
Very good. Would have liked a note I should have saved my complete form before clicking on one of the (i) icons, because that loaded the whole 8 page IRS instruction form (fine), but when I went back to my form, it said Reloading (or something like that) for 15 min. So I had to reload the page (which you warned me would lose unsaved data (good notice)), and sure enough, all my entries were gone. Which there had been some notice to save before clicking on any (i).
Yearli, is very convenient and easy to prepare 1099's. When pending additional information from clients and or employees, Yearli will save all your data, to prevent starting all over again. I like that it saves your Employer's information to cut the hassle of re entering time and time again for multiple employees/clients. I am very pleased with Yearli and will always use this as my one-stop-shop every year!
Everything was fine except you did not provide Canadian provinces for billing addresses for credit cards, so I had to call my boss at home on a Friday night to get our USD card number. Not impressed!
Yearli system was down on Friday's deadline. Tried for 4.5 hrs to process 2 last minute 1099s we were waiting for info on, but system kept crashing. When asking support for assistance, their "support" was giving me the advice to "try back later". Very disappointed and now have a late filing issue to deal with after purchasing a $100 subscription with yearli to avoid this exact issue... We've used yearli for a long time but considering finding another source next year after this year's fiasco
Awesome service! It's really ideal for small businesses when you have just a handful of 1099s to file.
The initial subscription was somewhat misleading, as we paid $99, thinking it covered everything, as your advertising said, "all inclusive". After uploading data and submitting forms, we learned there is also a per form cost. I understand what this is for, and see that it is explained farther down on your marketing page, but it was a surprise that I think should be more obvious when enrolling in the $99 subscription. I don't even know what the subscription is for now!
I use Dashlane and had difficulty with the password feature but other than that, I found it easy to file wtih Greatland.
The site isn't very intuitive; I have to figure out where to go for what--instructions aren't easily found, etc. It's a learning process every year.
Overall good. I found the software a bit confusing at first, but once I got the sequence down its pretty straightforward. May a little tutorial would help. Or if that is available, make it more apparent
Easy to use, but needed 1099 INT and 1099 DIV as well. Disappointed that those forms are not supported.
You make it so easy to file. I've been using this service for years... I don't think I'd ever file on time if it weren't for yearli.

I have been using GREATLAND yearli for many years. LOVE THE PLATFORM!!! Fast and easy. Site stores all the appropriate company and taxpayer information, so, each year, it's simply fill in the payroll numbers. Then, they take it from there, filing everything necessary. Makes my life so EASY!!!
I was unable to file my return with less that $1.00 owing, so that means that now I have to return to the EPTS website to redo my payment. It's just a big hassle since the IRS instructions are clear.
Took me 30 minutes and a call to support to have them tell me you don't support Mac Safari browsers - how about you recognize it and tell me that automatically?
