First of all they charged my bank account twice. Then they sent me the wrong thing. I have sent an email every single day since I received my order they never get back to me. I called and left a voicemail they haven't called me back. Now I had to report it to my bank. And now I'm writing bad reviews
Non-existent customer service: I emailed them and followed up with a phone call asking about the size of an item on a previous order as the size is not printed on the invoice. Never heard back from them so I took my chances and ordered based on the size chart. There is NO communication from them--they do not even notify you when an item ships or when to expect your item.
Ordered item on 10/29/23. Item finally arrived on 11/10/23, with no communication in between.
Item does not fit so I looked into returning it. The item is a Unitard. Their return policy states no returns on tights. Is a Unitard considered tights? Who knows because they do not respond to emails or phone calls. I decided just to keep the Unitard because 1) Who knows if it is returnable? 2) Would they keep the item or make me pay shipping again to send me back the ill-fitting item? 3) They charge a 10% restocking fee plus I pay return shipping. I decided to take the beating and warn others about this mess of a company. Please, for the love of all that is holy, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

None. Due to the difficulty/uncertainty of returning the item, it now sits in my drawer, unused.
Called on a Wednesday and asked if my order could be shipped next day since I needed it the following week, was assured it would be mailed next day Thursday. So I paid exposited shipping to make sure it would arrive on time. Called Friday to make sure order had been shipped, they lied and said it had. That Monday I then get an email notification that my order was just shipped--end of day Monday! Five days later than promised! When it arrived (late, after I paid a premium for 2 day shipping), it was THE WRONG ITEM. Called and told them, they sent me a packing slip so I could mail them back and they sent the correct items. It arrived 2.5 weeks after ordering, after I inquired and told them I needed it in 9 days.
Costumer service was slow AF. They promised a partial refund for shipping but... it should have been 100% for shipping since they totally missed their deadline for shipping and then straight up lied about it. If I hadn't selected 2 day shipping the shipping would have been free.
I think what happened was they realized they didn't have enough of the item in stock, and instead of calling me to update me--which is absolutely what they should have done, they tried to order directly from the manufacturer and have the items shipped to me. But they ordered the wrong item from the manufacturer by mistake and then the manufacturer shipped it late. That's my guess. They should have just called me and sorted it out but they didn't care that I had a deadline and just lied to me about having shipped it.
NOT worth the slightly lower rates. Total disaster.

Don't do it! Find someone else.
Slightly lower prices on a few items do NOT make it up for the lack of customer care. Good luck receiving confirmations, updates, apologies or replies of any sort. FYI: ignoring your customers' communications is hardly a good company policy. I will NEVER buy from you again and will recommend everyone I know -with an interest in articles for ballet- to do the same. I rather pay a couple of dollars more and being able to count on reliable and professional service in return.
Retailer refused a refund when an item sized 5X was ordered but a 1X was sent. Seller does not stand by her own return policy. A leotard is not a custom made item. The item was never worn nor tried on as I could look at it and tell it was too small. Retailer lied about the size being correct. I WOULD NOT SPEND 2 CENTS WITH THIS COMPANY LESS KNOWN A DOLLAR. Their customer service sucks.

I did not see a tag on the inside of them. I called you to inquire about returning the items and was instructed BY YOU to send them to the Uniontown, PA address. In addition I did not wear them nor did I try them on. I read your return policy and I am within your guidelines for returns. Seemingly I should be due a refund if for nothing else, they would not have fit. I will be contacting PayPal & forwarding them your return policy along with this email and my copy of the invoice to see what can be done. It seems that you are telling me that I am now stuck with a purchase of 80+ dollars for merchandise that I cannot use just because the items were not defective.
