It was my first time investing with Zertom, so at first I thought it would be normal. I had about 60k, so I made sure all fees and taxes were paid, thinking that would make my withdrawals easy. Then they will insist that you need to set up a cryptocurrency account, without which it won't work, and that your bank will withhold the money they send. If you ask them to proceed anyway, they will ask you thousands of irrelevant questions about why you made that decision, etc., but they won't return your money. Moreover, they will call you from local phone numbers of active users who have no idea about it. They will simply tell you that they are calling through servers so you won't have to pay fees for receiving calls from abroad. After several months of daily phone calls, if you decide to sacrifice your invested money, you'll let them know to stop calling, but they won't stop. The next day, a different manager will call you, and you'll have to explain everything all over again. Even after you tell them you don't want them to contact you anymore, they will keep calling daily. It is very annoying!
