Update: Changed to 2 starts because after showing vendor the sitejabber review they agreed on refunding the total amount. They know when they're wrong, you just need to push a bit harder. My husband bought a solar camera thru Amazon and it was shipped to a courier in Miami and then to the Dominican Republic in which we live. Once it arrived it never worked, my husband complained that the product was, not defective but useless and what they say is just they only can return money if we ship it back to them but shipping from the DR to Miami would cost us more money than what we paid for it. If they'd like to solve the issue, they'd find a way, we could have destroyed the camera and send them the proof or whatever other solution so we could feel better about the bad decision of spending 65 dollars in garbage plus the international shipping costs of around $20 dollars. Please find a better source when buying a camera as Zosi doesn't seem to be reliable and responsible enough
