This is the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. I can not log onto my account, can't redeem points, and when I returned my items, I didn't get the full refund. I have sent 12 email to resolve the account issue and 6 text messages with not resolution. They even went as far as to ask my my email in the same email thread. There is no phone number where one can speak to a person. And every time I try to send a new email they ask for the same information, even when I attached the previous email. I do like their over priced products, but their customer services is horrible.
