A former contractor signed our company up for an account and did not provide any details about the subscription when let go. We attempted on numerous occasions to cancel the subscription since we never used it, but continued to get the run around. We lodged complaints through the bank, but GetReponse seemed to have a work around by changing phone numbers (that seems to be an answering service)and debit our account. We have never used this subscription, couldn't find a way to stop payment, and are so fed up, that a company with "response" in their name would be so difficult in getting a "response".
