The website looks LEGIT once you're there. Has ALL the indications that they're well established and professional. What lured me in to do business with them was that they provide shipping labels to send your watch out for repairs. So, thinking "WOW" they make it convenient I went ahead and printed out my complimentary shipping label. Keep in mind that this is provided ONLY after registering your watch with them.i.e. Filling out a form indicating the services you require. FF I get email confirming that they received my watch and will get back ASAP i.e. 5-6 days from receipt with an estimate. BOY OH BOY DID I GET AN ESTIMATE! I LAUGHED OUT LOUD while reading their estimate! The watch I submitted was an automatic Movado retailed for about $1000-1200 back when I purchased it. They calculated a $500.00 price to perform "open wristwatch surgery" on my watch that ONLY needed the 12 o'clock silver DOT glued back in it's position! Here's the KICKER...at the bottom of the estimate you get the option to AGREE OR DECLINE their services! It gets BETTER! If you AGREE / DECLINE TO THE ASTRONOMICAL AMOUNT for repairs they charge you an additional $50.00 to send your watch back.

This practice I found amusing in that if you're watch is NOT worth $5k-$10K or MORE they give you another option to DONATE IT TO THEM FOR PARTS i.e. KEEP IT? SLICK BUSINESS PRACTICE TO CONFISCATE MERCHANDISE if CUSTOMERS DON'T WANT TO PAY $56.00 TO GET THEIR WATCH RETURNED IF THEY DECLINE THE REPAIR SERVICES.

I'VE NEVER SEEN A BUSINESS LIKE THIS BEFORE! I HAVE TO SAY IT'S A PRETTY WELL ORGANIZED WATCH REPAIR RACKET.

BEWARE PEOPLE THAT NEED WATCH REPAIRS...SKIP THIS WEBSITE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE UNLESS YOUR WATCH IS WORTH OVER $10K.

Tip for consumers:
What services and costs for those particular services upfront NOT after they have my watch and can now extort money from me to get it back.

Products used:
Not sure haven't received my watch back from company.
