I ordered an item and wasn't satisfied with the quality of the item. I immediately sent an email requesting a return label. No one responded. I have email 3 times and called twice and no one will respond. The policy states a return label will be sent within 48 hrs. They obviously are not abiding by their own policy. I do not recommend purchasing from them.
