Placed an order 2/2/23. Charged for the full amount, plus the shipping for the full order immediately. Received 1/4 of the order. Called and left messages for weeks with no response. Finally reached someone, asked when the rest of the order would be shipped out. Was told it was being processed and would ship that week. 3 weeks later, received another 1/4 of the order. Spent weeks trying to reach someone again. Eventually told the order would ship at the beginning of the next week. Called on Monday for a tracking number. Called on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, was finally told on Friday that the rest of the order had "just shipped." Person on the phone didn't seem to understand why someone would be upset at three month waiting time with no communication that there was a back order. Also could not understand why a customer that called every day for months never had a call picked up or voicemail or email returned.
She also tried to blame the company's lack of accountability on the fact that the owner "has dementia." If I were the owner's family I would seriously look into the management of the business, because it is clearly not being managed competently.
