If you have a problem with their item (odd sizes, do not correspond with UK sizes at all) or defects, you are asked to send back to China yourself. The cost of return, customs, but an incomplete refund results hardly any refund - fraudulent company. You have been warned!

We have mark in our return policy, that you need to help us sending the shoes back, unless it is the quality issues. And then we will exchange the shoes for you and send you new shoes for free. The incomplete refund is the shopping insurance, so already charged by logistics company.
