Tip for consumers:
These people do not know what they are doing - horrible horrible customer service --- everything is the customers fault - and everything is on you to make call after call after to call to state agencies and everything is fine with the State agencies - but that is all they do - say that you have to call whomever to do some non-descript thing generated by AI. They don't do anything
