They will do a little work, just enough to convince you progress is being made. Then they'll try to sell you something, pulling you in further and further, and you will be reluctant to quit given what you have already invested. My state attorney general's office is communicating with them now as their satisfaction guaranteed provision is meaningless. They have refunded none of my money as of yet. (Two months past telling them I was done and had lost all faith in them.)
