Terrible experience. Printer no longer prints colors. Had to go through weeks and weeks of contacting tech support protocols including manually flushing the print head with a proprietary flush kit, and rudeness from a tech support agent named Martin, who was disrespectful and insinuated that the issue was my fault, and under company policy, would not replace the printer or any parts. I am left with un unusable printer that is less than a year old. TERRIBLE PRODUCT and CUSTOMER SERVICE. Warranty is a lie and since this is after-market, there is no guarantee of replacement hardware, only continual maintenance.
