Took my order, told me they could do everything I wanted, charged me the FULL AMOUNT UPFRONT ($166) and then gave me a broken Wordpress theme and a bizarre custom WP database. No offers to fix it. No refund (of course). They claimed since it was working on their site that it was fine. They offered to install on my site but given their level of ineptitude, I wasn't letting them near my live ecommerce site. I've used Wordpress since 2005 and know what a functioning theme is like and know you don't need a custom database to make a theme work correctly.
