I bought a helmet from Jafrum and it was barely used when it broke down I sent them an email and yes the told me they will take care of my warranty, however I had to ship it to them at a cost of $18.00. Why should I be responsible for the shiping.
I only used the helmet twice. They should or the manufacturer be responsible for shipping.
It has been over 2 weeks and I still don't have my helmet.
So if you live in the west coast keep in mind that for any warranty issue you will have to ship it back at your expense
