I ordered a case of a hard to find seasonal canned soda. It arrived quickly, but damaged, and in packaging from a different store. Every can had either exploded or bulged out and was about to. The packaging was wet and damaged. Customer service stopped responding after their first message, so I tried again and they again stopped responding after one less-than-ten-word reply. Next time I'll skip the middle man or just go without - too bad it took me 35$ to learn that lesson!
They told me I could get a refund for just the product (not the shipping) if I repackaged and returned the three wet, exploded soda cases, and paid for the return shipping myself.
I posted a review on trustpilot as well, and shelhealth tried to get my review taken down, by telling trustpilot it was a false review. I had to submit a screenshot of my receipt to have my experience verified.
I wish I kept the pictures but this happened in January and I recently moved. (Computer with photos is still in storage)
