I heard about Quantum AI investment and I reached out to the link provided. I was contacted by a long distance call, appears to be from UK. I got registered and they started with $250 trading, I was assigned an account manager and access to the online trading platform. I increased my investment over time as the profit appears to be very attractive, the account manager Edward Robinson was very friendly and acted very professional. He calls me everyday on whatsapp, connect to my device via 'Anydesk' remote connection and does the trading live and shows me the profit made. They have different kind of account types, Basic, Silver, Gold...as the investment amount increases profit margin increases accordingly, so it was very attractive.

I was also introduced to the General manager, Oliver Gunner.

In the end when I reached my limit and wanted to withdraw my investment and the profit, they started a lengthy process, they asked for agent commission and then they need to transfer the amount to blockchain, they asked a fee for that...then they ask to pay for a trading license fee, $20K? I said what trading license? I told them I am not paying any money for a license I don't own in a foreign country. They started to change their platform address, their email address from Portrades to Port-trades. Things started to turn south.

Then I started researching about Portrades (Port-trades) and I found lots of similar stories they scammed people, they even ask for 20% tax...IT IS ALL SCAM.
Later on, I learned that the online trading platform they have me access was SIMULATED.

Their phone number starts with +44 UK line, sometimes the call comes/appears as local number

PORT-TRADES or PORTRADES (they are the same) IS A SCAM!

Pernix Reim Limited - a registered Asset Recovery company in UK.

On April 25th 2023, I reached out to Pernix Reim Limited - UK after being scammed by a crypto trading platform with non stop fees and still expecting me to pay more...I submitted all required documents to Pernix Reim limited, they reviewed it and agreed to take my case and recover my money, they quoted 2 weeks for their recovery.
A representative-Brad Ulrich was assigned to me. Before extraction they asked to download Safepal. The moment we started extracting the money, they started experiencing set-backs. At very first minute of extraction when I sent Brad a screenshot he knew about what coin was being extracted, I did not know at first. Brad pointed out about the "unstable" coin only when amount was higher and the fact that it needed to be converted into a stable coin. For that he needed me to deposit 20% of the amount, which was supposed to stay on the system for only 11 min for a replica node and be returned to me immediately before any further work to be done. He reassured me that they would not proceed, if they were not 100% sure of something, and yet on May 9th, when I deposited this amount into my wallet on Safepal, it immediately disappeared and further complications proceeded. Long story short, they made a very gross mistake not taking their client into consideration - promising one thing and doing something completely different at the end. To this day I have not received the 20% back as it is stuck on their system and as per Brad "it is what it is", nor have I received any money that they have "extracted" as it cannot be withdrawn or exchanged. They are very difficult to get a hold of and not responding on time. It has been 4 weeks and they are not even looking at solutions to resolve this, while their client is suffering. At this point, even though the mistake was on Pernix Reim Limited, they are not returning my money and have not even made any effort, as far as I know that is stealing.
As a victim of fraud, all I need is my money to be recovered that I can actually withdraw!
