My order was shipped and arrived quickly, however, several weeks later the RAM memory stopped working. I opened a support ticket on their website, and 2 days later a guy responded asking me numerous inane questions (it honestly felt like he was trying to stall the return as much as possible). It took 17 emails back and forth over the span of 3 days for him to send me a link where I could request an RMA. The link didn't work, it kept showing an error message on the website. That was the last time I ever heard from the company, nobody ever replied to my tickets or emails from that point on and they closed the ticket as "resolved".
It's also important to mention that their support ticket and messaging system is some third-party cheap solution, which results in an abysmal experience for the customer. It almost feels like the company is run by a teenager in some basement.
