Less than 1 year in my 1700H receiver's center channel has gone out. I submitted my warranty information when purchased but no longer have the receipt. I do have the credit card transaction showing my purchase FROM Denon.
Denon says without my receipt they can do nothing. They say they keep no records of sales (now you know they are lying) and I am out of luck. They are happy to keep my money, my credit card information and my warranty information, none of which seems to help me.
I have only purchased Denon for 30 years. I will never buy another and never let my friends buy one again either. Denon is not the company they used to be. Now, Denon just sells cheap crap at inflated prices and cheats their customers.
Nobody should buy from Denon any more...get something good instead.
